“Ordered shoes and faster delivery on Monday 14 August . I received a message from DPD parcel delivery saying it would be delivered on Wednesday 16 August. Then received a message on 16 August saying “sorry we missed you tomorrow”!!!! I emailed Grisport to say it was ridiculous that the courier company send me a “sorry we missed you” before they’ve even tried. Anyway somehow the items were delivered on Sunday 20th August. Thankfully the actual shoes are comfortable, don’t need to be broken in and seem to be genuinely waterproof. So I’m really happy with the quality of the product but think the delivery service is idiotic, hence not being able to give 5 stars.”

“I had a bit of a bad experience this time I bought walking shoes from Grisport. I love your shoes and so does my husband. But this time I bought them from Amazon. I got a completely different pair of shoes than I ordered. When I asked to return them I eventually got the go ahead. I have been refunded for the first pair. So I ordered again from Grisport this time. The shoes were £20 more expensive than on Amazon. But I ordered any way. Unfortunately when they came they really hurt my toes, I think they were too narrow for my foot. Not your fault. So I sent those back and have now had confirmation that my refund has been done, but I haven't got it yet. I really need a new pair of walking shoes, but am worried about ordering now because of width.”

“Great price boots, which are lightweight and comfortable to wear straight from box - no need to break in. Boots where well packaged and delivered fast and included free gift of boot bag, spare laces and merino socks which was appreciated 😊”

“Ordered new Peaklanders online and the boots arrived within a few days. Have now had three pairs of Grisport boots - this is the second pair of Peaklanders. As a gardener, I need comfortable and waterproof boots for daily use. Peaklanders are the best and don't need any 'breaking in'. Would recommend the product as well as the service - plus you get a free gift!”

“Excellent quality walking shoes. Delivered exactly as stated on website. Free accessory pack was a nice extra BUT disappointed that 170 cm laces were sent for shoes which require 120cm laces!”
