“Excellent shoes from an excellent company. This is my second pair, and I was surprised by all the extras that came with the shoes (extra laces, shoe horn and brushes, insoles). Keep up the great customer service!”

“prompt delivery, walking boots repeat of previous boots now worn out after much use, so as I expected, although even more comfy with cushion insoles supplied. Also purchased Dartmoor Walking Shoes again which are great and although more expensive than the shoes they replace for walking and cycling on Dartmoor I am sure they will last much longer making than good value.”

“I am thrilled with my recent purchases of walking shoes, plus a pair of walking boots as gifts for my husband. I also have Grisport walking shoes and a pair of boots and the recent purchases are replacement for a pair of Grisport that were over 20 years old!!!! Very good value. Thankyou to Grisport.”

“Excellent delivery service from Grisport. Boots are sturdy, but I do feel the left one a bit narrow. Not Grisport's fault, nobody has perfect feet.”

“My latest purchase is probably the 6th pair of Grisport boots in 15 years. I have tried other walking boots but nothing fits me like a Grisport boot. That’s a very personal point because the shape of the boot obviously suits my foot. So I find the boots comfortable, light, have excellent grip. The only downside is wear, I walk approximately 15 hours per week and the tread disappears after about 18 months. I have tried 3 different styles of boot, the Peaklander is my favourite and I shall buy them again.”

“I ordered the 'Fortress' mens' boots, and they arrived next day. They appear very well made. I ordered my normal shoe size and the fit is excellent. I've used them every day for a 1 hour dog walk for the last two weeks. They were very comfortable straight away, and so far are completely waterproof. The bonus pack of extra goodies was a nice surprise. Highly recommended, great quality, great service.”

“I paid for quality and comfort and that’s what I got.When the description says waterproof it really means waterproof, and that’s even when I hose down my boots at the end of my muddy dog walk. Hopefully will be ordering some work boots in the next couple of months.”

“What amazing service. The. man I spoke to on The phone couldn't have been more helpful. The first two pairs arrived in less than 24 hours post paid. They were too big. Same amazing service with second two pairs. I only wanted one pair but kept both as they were so comfortable. In top of all that they sent a goody bag of freebies with both pairs, socks shoelaces and great bristle cleaning brushes! Terrific company!”

“My order of Dartmoor shoe was on my doorstep next morning. I have problems finding shoes to fit me as due to an accident I have odd sized feet. I examined them closely( my immediate family have 118 yrs experience in making shoes) and they are well constructed. The right foot was a good fit and comfortable straight out the box. On my larger foot the lace fitting rubbed slightly over my big toe at first but being a leather upper that was soon eased. I held back on a review, but now with 100,000 satisfied steps on them it’s time. Also the extras and care kit in the box was a very pleasant surprise. These shoe are for walking but look so smart I am ordering some black ones for more formal occasions.”
