“Can't fault Grisport. I bought my second pair of boots from them and although they were advertised as water proof they weren't. Sent back, immediately refunded and have ordered a different pair expected shortly excellent customer service”

“Great customer service. I used my old email by accident so didn't get the usual confirmation of purchase. I asked if my order had gone through and I got very quick responses to clarify that all was well. Boots came promptly and are fantastic quality. Took a few walks to wear in as I have one wide foot, not the boots fault! They now feel like slippers. Very pleased 😊”

“I have dealt with Grisport on several occasions now and I will do so in the future. I recently ordered a pair of casual walking boots ( Lomond ) from the outset from ordering to delivery was brilliant. The boots sre fantastic, I also have a pair of cross trainers, both sets of footwear can literally be worn from the box. They are well constructed of good materials and are extremely light and comfortable. The Company always come through with flying colours, it was nice to receive a free gift pack too.”

“A couple of years ago I bought a pair of size 47 Livingstone Brown Active shoes. Normally I take a 48, but 47 was the only size available. So when I finally saw a pair of size 48 on your website, I snapped them up. Your service was excellent, the shoes arrived very quickly. But the enclosed photograph shows the two sizes side by side: the shoes on the top is a size 47, underneath it a size 48. Can you see any difference in length or width? The second photograph from the back is simply to show the two labels, confirming size 47 and size 48.”
