“Customer service was excellent. I ordered my boots, I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery. I needed the next size up, replaced promptly. Boots are perfect. Would definitely use Grisport again.”

“My husbands first pair of grisports , iv been wearing them the brand for years , he always used to get damp feet on walks I never , now we will both have dry feet on long walks . Great supportive walking shoes , comfortable as well”

“I bought these shoes for a trip to New York. You may not have intended them for street walking, but they were incredible. We walked 10 miles a day, streets, steps, subway with not a moment of complaint from my feet. THANK YOU !”

“Loved grisport shoes for many years but lately the quality seems awry. Normally fit perfect straight out of box. Not so this time. Just one of those things I suppose but made worse by attitude of customer services. Atrocious.”

Hi, Very sorry that a negative review was received. As we have made you aware. Worn and dirty footwear cannot be returned for a refund. Goods must be tried on at home on clean surfaces, not outside in the garden. This is clear on our website. We cannot sell worn and dirty footwear and the soles of your return were atrocious. Our response was simply that in our email to you. Grisport remains to be a high-quality and carefully manufactured product. Not all footwear will fit every customer in the way they think it should, that is why we stress that shoes need to be fully tested indoors before being relied on outdoors. “My old grisport walking shoes were coming to the end so I ordered a pair of dartmoor walking shoes. As always straight out of the box and into the walk! No blisters, dry feet, perfect. Wipe off and good as new. Brilliant quality and a good price. Highly recommend”

“Disappointed, ordered PPE work boots for staff and the courier company you use decided to drop them off at a different company. Still awaiting confirmation of refund and now the size of boot we need is out of stock. Now having to wait upto 3 weeks for item to come back into stock.”

“Grisport boots are fantastic! High quality, good looking, comfortable from the start and excellent value for money. All of our family wear them and I am on my fourth pair and wouldn't think of buying any other walking boot. “I trust the Grisport hiking boots and shoes most of all the sport shoe brands. Quality and comfort ratio to the price are very good indeed: I have worn my Dartmoor shoes to death :-), I have just bought my Exmoor shoes and tested them hiking a week on the Isle of Portland without a slightest discomfort - and wearing the quality Grisport socks, which came as welcome free present with the shoes. Moreover, I can order non- British size shoes - my size 40 doesn't have a British equivalent. Shoes were delivered promptly and free of postage charge. So Thank you again, Grisport, from grateful Milena! :-)”
