“Only worn acouple of times hence the 4 stars. So far have found them very comfortable, light weight compared to some other boots I have worn. They are a standard size 3 I feel, I am a smaller size 3 so will be able to wear thick socks in the colder months. So far I am happy but time will tell if they last,fingers crossed though as am very happy with the purchase.”

“I have just bought my fourth pair of brown Dartmoor leather walking shoes. I have been wearing these shoes for many years, and miles, as I find them such a good option for me as I can't wear boots. They are very comfortable from the first time of wearing, and never need 'breaking in'. I have recommended Grisport, and these shoes in particular, to other members of my Ramblers group and they have been just as happy with their purchases.”

“Ordered boots on the Sunday got a dispatch notice on Wednesday but the courier site kept stating that they were waiting for it. Contacted Grisport who were quick to reply stating its probably gone missing and we don't have the item in stock any more. I looked on website and they were still advertising the boots they had just gone up in price! Was expecting a boot bag,laces and socks "free" with my order, thought it was too good to be true and it was! Very disappointing.”

Hello Debra, Very sorry your review was not more positive. From time to time, parcels do go missing, which we have no control over but know are disappointing. Our investigations all lead to this parcel not being found within the DPD system we sent the parcel through. To which we have performed the relevant claims. Unfortunately we could not re-send the order as the item/size was out of stock after checking. Other sizes in this colour/style were available which is why they were showing on our website. The weekend offer had also finished when you checked which is the reason for the difference in cost. Why would we deliberately want to lose a sale, especially in these hard times. Hundreds of customers receive their orders and free goods (as many reviews show) normally but here you seem to be very unlucky. Kind regards Grisport UK

“Great fit straight from the box and I had no need to break them in on the first day. They kept my feet comfortable and dry all day and fantastic quality and style too!! This is my second pair and I will buy again and I recommend to my family and friends!! Love love love this brand 💗”
