“I am pleased with the quality of my new walking boots. Unfortunately, they are not immediately comfortable but rub on my ankle bone, not a problem I have previously had with new walking boots. It may be that this aligns with the brass "waterproof" badge which makes the leather inflexible just at this point. Hopefully, a few more uses and the leather will soften and the boots will be properly wearable rather than as currently, only using them for short walks.”

“Having worn out an old pair of North Face ‘Hedgehogs’, I decided to look around for something different in the walking shoe category. I hadn’t heard of Grisport before, but the reviews were excellent and the shoes I was interested in (Icarus) looked stylish and robust, so I decided to buy them. I haven’t actually worn them outside yet, just around the house to get the feel of them. That aside, these shoes feel extremely comfortable, straight out of the box. It’s like wearing slippers around the house - I have high hopes for them.”

“I was happy with my boots and delivery, but as my product was over £50 I should have recieved free socks, which didn't happen,so loss of stars for lack of attention to detail.”

“Order fulfilled and delivered promptly. Excellent quality boots. Second pair from this manufacturer and just as comfortable as the first. No need to break them in and old pair now comfortably retired. Looking forward to many years of long walks”

“Grisport's website was easy to navigate and order from. They dispatched my order quickly but unfortunately the delivery date kept getting changed due to DPD. The walking boots ordered were of a high standard but were not wide enough for my feet.”

“I contacted Grisport by phone before placing an order explaining I have slim feet and could they suggest some walking shoes, they were very helpful. I ordered 2 different pairs but unfortunately both were too wide. They appeared well made and good cushioning. The returns process was straightforward and I received an email when Ghisport received my returned boots.”

“Will not use this company again. Advertised free accessory pack on orders over £50. Added it to my order but was charged. On querying it they said it wasn't available during sale period. Absolutely nothing on their website to state this. Further querying emails were ignored. Had to ring in the end to get a refund as they charged me for the item and didn't even send it out. Very poor service. Posted a review on the item and that review vanished. See if this one stays.”

“An excellent company to deal with plus prompt delivery. I bought a pair of hiking shoes. They are extremely well made & the level of comfort is outstanding. No need to break them in they are good to go straight out of the box!! I can see them lasting for many years.”

“I’ve been buying theses boots for every day use, they are superb, well made with quality leather and the best thing is you can wear them all day straight out the box. I will not buy any other boot now, the best, most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn”
