“I rang up for advice and someone picked the phone up after about 4 rings and answered all my questions. Unfortunately the first boots I ordered pressed on my ankle, so I used the freepost return label and the replacement boots arrived about a week later. Excellent service”

“From start to finish it was easy. I found the shoes I wanted easily, the transaction went with ease and very swift delivery. The shoes are the best I have ever purchased. Perfect fit, no wearing in. Great comfort for walking and the quality is great, I am looking forward to many hours of walking in them and if by some fluke I wear them out I will be back.”

“What can l say - the waterproof boits are actually waterproof. Amazing! I bought a traditional leather pair for hiking through the english bush ,liked them so much l have bought a textile pair but l had to get a size bigger. Really pleased with my Grisport boots.”

“These particular boots were exactly what my husband has been looking for since making walks in the countryside a regular part of his daily life. For that matter, he could have done with these when working in stables or any other outdoor activity that required a lot of walking. They are sturdy, waterproof, offer great support and have a roomy toe-box. No other footwear before these boots has fulfilled all these criteria.”

“Some months ago i was so annoyed by what I perceived was a poor almost indifferent, response to a question. It was fortunate that time passed,tempers cooled!, and I've always been more than happy with the product. Happily the most recent contact was absolutely fine.”

“Exceptional customer service from Grisport UK and brilliant boots as well. The issue with the boots was resolved the same day with a replacement pair sent out as soon as the proof of postage for the damaged pair was given. The replacement pair were checked before dispatch and were as good as they said. Extremely satisfied with them and the company have used again for more socks and will use again in the future.”
