“In a conversation last week regarding the return of two pairs of walking-shoes, for size-exchanges, Gavin delivered a near-perfect customer-experience comprising of efficiency in the transaction, character, personality and knowledgeability, all interspersed with beautifully judged humour all of which reflected very well on the Grisport brand. The likes of Gavin maintain my belief that the best customer service is, invariably, carried-out by human beings. He was a pleasure to deal with.”

“Having had a great pair of goretex boots before I knew what I wanted and the Cartmel ladies boots seemed to offer everything - Lightweight, well made, comfortable and waterproof. That's just what they are and I'm very pleased with them. I bought a size bigger as I always do to give me a good fit but plenty wiggle room for my toes.”

“Great service. These are the second pair of walking boots I have purchased from you - the previous pair lasted really well and did good service. I'm really impressed with the new pair and will be using Grisport again in future!”

“I have purchased boots from Grisport in the past and found them to be very comfortable. But I recently purchased a pair of 'wide fit' boots from Grisport and had to return them because they were not wide fit.”

“Boots delivered quickly. Size as ordered but unfortunately did not suit my ageing feet. I have an enlarged toe joint. Returned for refund. Excellent customer service”

“Despite previous reviews saying the sizing was generous, I find they are modest. As they are leather, I will persevere and hope they stretch a little. Otherwise, faultless service, especially the price; we'll see.”

“I suffer from arthritis and a few years ago I was almost unable to walk and spend anytime with my kids or do any outdoor activities but I was recommended to grisport so I bought my first pair of walking/hiking boots I needed a lightweight pair with ankle support and I was so surprised how well they fitted and the high level of comfort and support I got from them, they have completely changed my life as now I’m able to enjoy life again with being able to walk and enjoy outdoor activities again. These are buy far the best footwear I’ve ever purchased and I’ve had to buy many many different types of footwear over the year but until I bought from grisport I’d almost given up ever being able to walk ride or hike ever again. So thanks I love your footwear.”
