“One of the metal hooks in the boot broke off the very first time I put them on. Your website refuses to accept my return request. I'd like a replacement. Order reference GRI223439 (6387f23338cb1)”

“Excellent service thus far, question, when will your crusader boot be available?”

Thank you for your review Jonathan. The Crusader boot should be restocked in January, but your new Rampage boots will be just as comfortable. Kind regards Grisport UK

“I purchased a pair of grisport walking shoes several years ago and have been exceptionally pleased with them. When I came to replace an old pair of hiking boots and with this experience in mind, I looked no further than grisport. In my opinion they are a high quality product at an affordable price.”

“A little heavier than my previous leather boots but they are a fantastic fit; look great and are really comfortable to wear. Didn’t need to wear them in as per previous boots. Would highly recommend…..and customer service was excellent too!”

“Received as promised and on time good quality well boxed Goodyear stream wellingtons. The sizes are a little tight in the width so went half size up but now too long so have returned for an exchange, will continue the review once I have seen the response to my return, so far so good.”

“My second pair of these boots. First pair lasted 18 months before they started to leak. No breaking in required, a good sensible and comfortable boot fit for everyday use. I would recommend.”

“Great walking shoes, particularly in low-temperature conditions. Prompt delivery and would buy again. The only problem is the laces which tend to loosen when walking. Otherwise highly recommended.”
