“I had a pair of boots from Grisport but they now need replacement. As I loved them so much, I went on and ordered a new pair in the same size. They were unfortunatelly a size too small. No worries, the exchange process was really smooth. However, the new pair was a size too big. It is really annoying as the first pair was just so perfect. The customer service was really quick and easy, but I still need to find a new pair of boots from a different company”

“I have just ordered my second pair of Aztec walking boots. This time in the polished brown leather. Fantastic quality and so comfortable. I look forward to many more happy walks! The customer service at Grisport is exceptional. Not only charming staff but also very knowledgeable. I would be er but walking boots anywhere else.”

“These are the second pair of Grisport shoes that I have bought. They were comfortable from the first time of wearing. I use them for dog walking on fairly roughly ground and have experienced no issues and my feet feel well supported. As it’s been so dry I can’t comment on waterproofing. Both pairs of shoes have been robust.”

“Great customer service. I was advised to purchased the Pyke Wide Fit Boot for my needs and they arrived on time. A comfortable and well-made boot, unfortunately, despite regular application of the Grisport waterproofing cream, these boots are not as advertised, waterproof.”

“Great pair of walking boots. Wasn't sure of my size so ordered two pairs and sent a pair back. The boots arrived quickly and the refund for the second pair was quick too. The boots are very comfortable and the quality is outstanding. Very impressived”

“Bought boots 5 weeks ago. Very pleased. Comfy, good fit, warm and dry. Today the right boot split at the seam on the inside Not good for a boot 5 weeks old. Very disapointed. Interesting to see what Grisports response is ??”

“I chose Grisport based on other reviews for their comfort but unfortunately and sadly I have found the Lady Wolf Teal Trekking Boots to be rather uncomfortable and can only wear them for about an hour before my feet start to ache, not ideal when out for the day! :(”

“Seems to be an issue with padding at the rear of the shoe, it is much thinner than my previous walking shoes which were great. As a result of this I got a blister for the firsty time in a long time of using Grisport Boots & Shoes. I'll probably have to look around for some of a higher quality”
