“The Fuse boot is great for my daily walks on rough and muddy ground and the Grisport conditioning cream is a worthwhile investment to keep the leather supple, especially because my boots often get wet. I get a new pair of boots each year and this is the first time I have bought the same boot twice, which is a big compliment to Grisport. I don't need to have coloured boots because walking in mud soon makes my boots mud-coloured, and the smooth brown leather of Fuse is easy to clean. It's a shame that my free steel flask got bashed in delivery and has a dent in it but I think it will still be functional and nothing else was damaged. Thank you, Grisport!”

“Great value and a great walking shoe. There was a special offer of a free thermo flask, socks and laces. The socks are great but the flask is useless. The outside gets warm so consequently it does not keep drinks hot.”

“I’ve bought 2 pairs of boots, Lady Typhoon 2 and Lady Wolf; one from an online retailer and one from Grisports direct. There were no issues with either transaction, and both pairs were comfortable almost straight away. Good supportive warm footwear essential for the colder months. I’m a cardiac patient who needs to walk to keep things running smoothly but I also needed lighter weight footwear and these are both perfect for that. I did find the Lady Wolf a bit narrower in the toe box area than the typhoon 2, but I can still wear them for a good distance and I’m sure they will slacken off and fit to my feet with regular use. My only small niggle is the laces could be just a little longer for those of us with puffy leg days. All in all though a positive experience for me, comfortable sturdy footwear that you can walk serious distances in.”

“Best boots i have ever owned! I suffer with plantar fasciitis and these boots are fantastic and really making a difference with the pain I experience. Nice wide fit, ordered my usual size. No wearing in required. Lifesaver! I had to exchange the boot originally, then the size. But the customer service has been perfect. Thanks so much!”

“The boots are comfy from the first time you put them on. Grippy in muddy conditions. Easy to put on and off quickly. Good value. These are the second pair I've bought, the first pair although no tread left are still in use and great for road walks. First pair bought 2 years ago and worn most days.”

“Terrible experience. Boots were received damaged - there were numerous small scuffs, a small hole in the side of the sole, one deep scratch (about 3 inches long) and an actual CUT in the leather. Customer services didn't seem to care and their responses were defensive and mostly unhelpful. I quote "Boots received in this condition are generally isolated, even if you think they are not." Made me feel very unimportant as a customer, despite me explaining this was my first experience with them and I had deliberately chosen to go direct to Grisport.”
