“Unfortunately, the shoes had to be returned. There was a ridge on the underside of the tongue on one of the shoes which wouldn't smooth out. It caused painful downward pressure on the top of my foot, rendering them unwearable. The shoes looked ok but felt very stiff”

“Comfortable hiking boots apart from the sides which I am finding rubs against my leg just a bit higher up from my ankle. That bit of the boot is quite hard but I am hoping it will give in time.”

“I have made many puchases of walking shoes from Grisport and on the whole have been very satisfied with the product and service however my last 2 purchases have proved problematic. I am a regular size 45, the most recent purchase was a pair of walking boots in size 45 however these are too small for me, I have worn them for a day so have not tried to return them. I will not be ordering mail order footwear again and will purchase from a retailer where I can try on before purchase.”

“I love my Grisport Hurricanes but recently ordered a supposedly lighter weight pair of boots for an upcoming adventure. Unfortunately the description was most inaccurate and they were in fact heavier not lighter. I had to return them at my own expense. I was disappointed that Grisport had not taken more care in ensuring that the quoted weight was correct. Better not to give anything at all then it is the customer’s decision to take a chance, than to mislead.”

“I have had a pair of Grisport Rampage boots for over three years, and use them for work, country walks and coastal trails. I have found them to be very comfortable, supportive, hard wearing, with a wide toe box. As it has been a wet winter, and I needed a second pair of boots, I did not hesitate to buy the identical boots. These were again comfortable straight out of the box, and have all the virtues of the first pair. For the money, I think Grisport are best you can buy, I have hunting boots and safety boots made by them too, great company, great footwear.”
