“These are very well made, good quality, shoes. I was lucky to be able to buy them at a reduced price and they were a bargain. Unfortunately, they are about half a size larger than they should be, so they slip up and down when I am wearing them. I don't want to put an insole in, because it will make them tighter and I bought wide fit for a reason. I suppose I will have to buy some heel grips to put in.”

“Ordered some boots in my usual shoe size. Quick delivery and good communication initially. The boots were a tight fit so I had to return them for the next size up. The pre paid postage label and return form made the process very easy. However it’s now been 9 days since I returned the boots (48hr postage) and I haven’t had confirmation of the return being received, processed or when I might expect my replacement boots.”

“I have had two previous pairs of their hiking boots which are excellent. They last well, are waterproof, and are comfortable. I recently fell for a pale blue leather pair. Probably the best looking men's hiking boots I've ever seen. So far very pleased yet again. I also bought a pair of insulated Wellington boots, which are without a doubt the most comfortable wellies I've ever had, at a quarter of the price of three last pair that I got from a top of the market brand. I've already used them extensively for walking the dog, because of all the baby rain. They are the only wires I've ever had that fit the foot properly, and they are supremely comfortable. Great for long walks and hikes.”
