Hi, We have looked into this for you and you were left a telephone message on the 24.05.19 and emailed the glass replacement form the same day but you have yet to reply to either of them.

“Very pleased with the quality of the components, and the delivery went without a hitch. Good value for your money, and the Popular 86 is a reasonable size. Only possible criticism, clearer instructions desperately needed, even online videos are sketchy, needs a fair amount of skill to assemble.”

“GS are ok to deal with but the on line details said delivery in 7 days however I had to phone to arrange. Problems arose with the delivery when my greenhouse wasn’t uplifted by the carrier. As it was just before the bank holiday this took several days to sort. It arrived the day before rescheduled date which was a surprise as I’d booked the following day off to sign for it.”

“I bought the Green Halls Popular greenhouse 6x10. I found the construction very simple. I would recommend the steel base as it was very simply to attach the frame to this. After a bit of unlevel dodgy concrete laying (By myself) the frame really helped! I just added more concrete under the bits that were not in contact with the floor. Make sure you have access to all sides for glazing, I had to jump into next doors garden to finish ours. Overall would recommend this. Looks really good now, door runs nicely etc and the plants love are doing really well!! 100% BUY the rain water collection set. It's an easy to add bit of guttering. coupled with a water butt makes for really easy and free plant watering. Lastly, I added additional items to my order on accident which they took off for me and refunded instantly. Really good low hassle customer service.”

“Two phases: ordering and delivery, very good. Construction on the day, very friendly and competent. HOWEVER, since then things have gone downhill. We broke three panes of glass while moving them on to the site, and we were assured that these would be replaced. The greenhouse lock was missing, and we were assured this would be replaced within a few days. After the builders had left, we found that they had fitted one pane with a hole in it, the door catch did not work very well, and we had to move the fittings on two windows to get them to close. That was on 29th April. It is now 31st May and nothing has been done. I have phoned you twice: first I was told that all would be replaced in a few days; the second time that the person in charge was out of the office and there was no record of our case, but that we would be contacted. No word since. Nice greenhouse - very pleased with it, but we would like these small items tidied up.”

“Great friendly service even on Good Friday! Delivered promptly. Great green house. Easy to put together, with clear instructions and pictures. It was time consuming putting the rubber on all of the metal frames. The clips could have been green to match the greenhouse maybe.”

“My husband put this greenhouse together, it took about a week because he took his time and thought the instructions were difficult to understand for a novice as they were for all sizes not just the one we bought. Having finished now the door does not slide easily and the top pane of glass in the door has a slight gap having said that he was just relieved to finally finish it.”
