“Good value product. Delivered within requested time frame and delivery driver very helpful and friendly. Only one minor issue. There was virtually no surplus of fittings (e.g. glazing clips) so no latitude for possible losses or damage.”

“The greenhouse arrived within the promised timescales with all the parts properly described and separated accordingly. The instruction booklet covered more than one size and did take a little bit of understanding at first but once you get into the mindset of it, it is fairly straight forward to follow and implement. It looks really nice and is good value for money. I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“The order was very easy and straight forward. I was given an initial delivery estimate and the greenhouse arrived sooner than scheduled. The greenhouse was very safely packed, including the glass. The delivery driver delivered the pack into my garage where it was safely stored. The greenhouse was fairly easy to erect, with detailed instructions and all parts for the different panels were packaged so that you could identify them easily and did not have to search through all parts. The greenhouse is as expected and as described. I am very happy with the purchase and am happy to recommend the greenhouse and Greenhouse Stores.”

“The greenhouse was priced very competitively compared to other vendors selling the same. It was delivered on time and well packaged. The instructions took a little time to understand however once you get started it soon made sense. I'm very pleased with the greenhouse itself, very solid and well made. I'd recommend the toughened glass over the horticultural as it makes the construction a little easier (and safer!). Very pleased with the whole experience.”

“The service from Greenhouse Stores was very quick and efficient. We were phoned to advise of delivery date and time. The instructions for constructing the lean to greenhouse were however not very clear - not helped by the diagram showing several small panes of glass when we did in fact have large panes of glass instead. The frame is very flimsy and twists constantly as you are trying to put it together. You need to get frame 100% flat and straight.”

“I have assembled many kits of various things over the years and found this one to be extremely well executed everything was accurately machined to the correct size all holes were in the right place and the instructions whilst a little daunting at first glance were clear and methodical. A thoroughly well thought out design. All parts were present with a couple of extras thrown in for the things that were small and possible to loose, always a bonus.”

“Good greenhouse but difficult and took a long time to assemble. Instructions could be better. Some parts not fitting well. The rear glass and butter trims needed glue to hold on. Water butt and kit not used so would have been much better to have delayed purchase to have got staging and shelf free!”
