“Greenhouse stores were helpful and very efficient. A first class company with communicative, skilled staff. Assembling the greenhouse (Halls Green with toughened glass) was great fun. I have not enjoyed myself so much since I was a boy playing with Meccano, about 70 years ago, Thank you Green house Stores.”

“Greenhouse Stores provided a first rate service, good communication and delivery on time. I bought an Eden Birdlip 4x4 greenhouse for an older relative and my only criticism would be that this greenhouse is extremely complicated to erect and the instructions are not always very clear. The picture examples need to be larger and in more detail. The individual parts need to be stamped clearer with the part numbers as when powder coated these numbers almost disappear.”

“Ordering was simple. Delivery was prompt. Quality was as expected. When I had a need for a replacement part I called the customer service line and a replacement part was issued promptly. Only criticism is the manual is pleasant challenge, but workable. And I would drill out the holes for the frame for the door so that the screws fit. The need for the replacement part came from the screw head failing due to the force required to twist the screw into the frame. Thanks for the good customer service chaps! B”

“i am happy with my greenhouse and am now building it now the weather allows I am however disapointed that there is no down pipes included why is this surely a 10ft greenhouse should have two as standard ishall check other suppliers and "bodge something up WHAT A SHAME TO SPOIL THE SHIP FOR HANDFUL OF STRAW”

Hi Tony, Thank you for your feedback. The only Manufacturer that we sell where the downpipes are standard are the Eden range I'm afraid. The downpipes are in the options for all of the other brands of greenhouses that we do and we clearly state the standard features of every greenhouse on our site in orange next to the main image.
