“I was very pleased with the timely delivery and expert erection of my greenhouse. The build quality and sealing of the glass was particularly impressive. I was however disappointed that the lower woodwork allowed ingress of water despite having been treated with preservative.”

“Your delivery was on time and the delivery driver was so nice and helpful, he took it into my garage instead of leaving it on the pavement as was stated, but cannot really go any further just now, as I am waiting until Springtime before erecting the greenhouse as felt it was not the right time to do this at the moment, so hoping it is all there, I'm hoping if there is anything missing, then you will not penalise me for lateness of asking, but on reading all the good reviews of your customer service, I'm sure you will understand.”

“It took as bit longer for delivery and installation than I expected, but all done well except it is not quite level so the rain water does not run straight into the downpipe and then to the butt, it collects in the gutter and overflows at the front rather than all running to the back.”

“Happy with the delivery speed, packing, etc. The Vitavia 'Ida' greenhouse was just what we wanted and would have been easy to set up if the instructions had been set out clearly - I don't think I've ever seen poorer! Experience, common sense and the generally helpful videos triumphed in the end!”

“Apart from the delivery of the wrong glass, causing a week delay in the installation, I am very satisified with the greenhouse, the finish and quality is excellent. In particular i would like to thank the fitter (Daniel Sheerin) who was excellent and even followed us with an email with an idea to help solve a tricky drainpipe issue afterwards.”

“Great prices. Excellent service. A pane of reinforced glass became snagged on the cardboard packaging and broke (into 1000s of fragments!). Greenhouse stores replaced it in days. Putting the greenhouse together was a challenge, but one I enjoyed. I suggest laying prices out before fastening them and testing the opening window frame before putting the glass in. I’m extremely pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Greenhouse Stores.”
