“The quality of the greenhouse structure is generally good. Delivery took 3 weeks which was a little disappointing for the spring when you want to get on with planting etc. The quality of the pictures in the instruction book was poor in places especially for the window. The holes to fit the automatic window opener were not big enough on one part of the frame so had to take it to pieces twice! The quality of the louvre opener is very poor, not sure how long it will last. The look of the finished greenhouse is good. We are pleased. Just those few niggles above would have made it far easier.”

“The website gave me one timeframe for delivery, and then later I got another email saying a different, but slightly overlapping timescale. It arrived in the overlap. They needed to leave the parcels as no one was at home at the time. The boxes got wet in the rain, but the instructions etc were well wrapped and didn't get ruined. Sadly my housemate did get the deliverers to leave the glass flat rather than upright as per the instructions, but frankly the only pane of glass to be broken was the pane that the love window replaced anyway. We were lucky. The instructions were generally clear, although a few times we found ourselves googling and checking youtube for extra help to make sense of them. We put our greenhouse up over a few days, but it could have been done quicker. We've had plants in for a few weeks and they're growing well. We've had some strong winds and the frame and toughened glass has stop up well to it. It looks like it should serve well for years to come.”

“Delivered on time. Well packed. Took a couple of days to erect. Instructions are pictures only and need to be looked at well. Very strong, good looking greenhouse.”

“I bought the Swallow Jay potting shed. It looks lovely and seems quite robust. The only issue is a minor one where the door isn't completely flush at the bottom but its good enough not to let rain water in. The fitters were very nice and very quick installing the potting shed.”

“Good product and efficient service however installation was expensive and rather rushed. It took one man under 4 hours. One downpipe was left unfixed and there were a lot of bolts and nuts left lying around. The brush seal at the edge of the doors looks unsightly and the door does not fit well.”
