“Nicely designed and sized greenhouse but at the end opposite the door, the triangular top pane of glass doesn't fit properly and has had to be 'adapted'. This may be because I later noticed that the name and address on one of the packages delivered were to a different person in another town,Barnsley, and not me. As I had, by then, erected the greenhouse, I decided it was too late to do anything about it and have made the best of it.”

“The greenhouse was surprisingly easy to assemble, provided I didn't rush it. The only bit where I needed assistance was in putting in one of the upper roof glass panels on the non-vented side: with three of the panels in place, there was no way I could manipulate the panel from the inside without someone holding up the panel from the outside. Would have been too awkward just to drop the panel into place from the outside using a step-ladder without risking damage to the framework or other panels. Did it though. Looks good when finished, but a little leaky around the corners of the base and the corners of the guttering. Had to use flexible waterproof filler at the corners.”

“The price for the green house was pretty reasonable after looking around and when I assembled it which took a while I was happy with the end result. I did feel as tho I'd been some what diddled with the base, which I feel should of come with the green house because it's a must but to charge £115 for 4 lengths of metal and 4 metal stakes left a bitter taste. Otherwise it would of been 5 stars.”

“The product was not too difficult to erect, however the plastic retention strips are rubbish. To fit these strips mean unscrewing sections, also they are not firm enough. I have had panels blowing out since the greenhouse has been in use. Thank goodness I have the polycarbonate panels instead of glass. Using the old fashion system of metal clips is far easier. Regarding the shelving, these are both easy to fit together and strong enough to take heavy pots.”

“The delivery driver from Stockport was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, a credit to your company. The 15`x 8` lifetime shed however does not live up to expectations, would be O.K in Wales as it is full of leaks.”

“I Found the greenhouse to be satisfactory but the instructions a pain both my sons are engineers and they said they were the worst instructions they had ever had to follow. The other issue I had was that t was told the greenhouse would be delivered from noon onwards I had to take my husband who is disabled to a clinic but made sure I was back by twelve noon only to find it had been left on my drive it was impossible for me to move it on my own I had to wait for my sons to move it which was most inconvenient.”

“Excellent once up. The instructions start detailed and get more vague as you go on. The detailed diagrams were too small: It was difficult to see which way round the profile of the strut needed to be. In particular I had to have several attempts to do the door before I got it right. Overall it was like a three dimensional puzzle where you find the piece at the end should have been put in first (in my case turned the other way round). However once up I am pleased with the result.”

“great price build instructions not so great , but acceptable Delivery a bit rubbish - took a day off to be in to accept delivery - but didnt arrive till nearly 7pm - better communication would have helped”
