“The greenhouse arrived early, which was good, it meant we could get it erected sooner. The glass panel that fits below the opening on the roof hadn't been cut to the correct size and so it overhangs into the gutter. Hopefully this won't create a problem, only time will tell. The door, it runs a bit rough. Maybe just a bit of getting used to. On the whole though I'm very pleased with the greenhouse. I love the fact it's green!”

“The greenhouse arrived well packed and on time, however, two of the metal glazing bars were fused together with the powder coating. We managed to release these eventually and then had to straighten them. This was an inconvenience but quicker than returning the bars and waiting for a replacement. Other than this, everything was good”

“Delivered when said nice friendly driver .But to me plans are a disgrace will get here in the end but you cant see which way round to put some of the pieces , how to fit the door no plans , We think you don't want us to manage so we have to send to you for help. have to keep going on internet to see how. “Excellent delivery on time. Vitavia greenhouse is generally well made. My brother assembles greenhouses as part of his job and his opinion was very positive about the build quality. However the instructions were poor for the non-specialist. I can confidently say it would never have been finished if left to me as he was able to interpret the odd diagrams and was used to the conventions of greenhouse manufacturers. The only thing about the construction was the weak frame around the roof opener, easily bent out of shape, especially by the auto-opener. Needs reinforcing. Was angry however at the louvre window accessory which was too small for the space, leaving a 5 inch gap. When I called to ask about this I was told there was plenty of spare glass and I should just go and get a piece cut! Very poor customer service and really left a bad taste, but I wouldn't let this colour my overall rating of the greenhouse.”

“Was very happy with the service from Greenhouse Stores but would not buy a Eden Birdlip greenhouse again. In spite of following the instructions to the letter I had lots of problems. So little tolerance, just not practical. Was going to buy another for my son.....no chance”
