“Very pleased with the purchase, it was relatively easy to erect and looks very good. Only used standard glass and 2 pieces were broken when I opened the packages up. I phoned customer services and they sorted that out very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a greenhouse.”

My husband was able to follow the instructions easily, it didn’t need two people, and the greenhouse went together very well. There are quite a lot of nuts and bolts left over, not sure if that is anything to worry about!”

It took a fair while to put up, but we managed that without any problems. Plenty of things already growing in the greenhouse now and it's a warm place to sit in the sun!”

“Very helpful to find a greenhouse of the right size as our old one was not standard. Disappointed with the width of the shelving as it was not clear from the photos on the website that they are very narrow and it would have been very useful if this had been pointed out. After day one if erecting the grenhouse, the installer discovered that a pack of screws was missing. Greenhouse Stores said they would send some right away, and when nothing had arrived after several days we phoned again. The next day two packs arrived, the first one had been given the wrong postcode and went via Cornwall :( .”

“Very happy with my Palram Mythos greenhouse. Delivered promptly. I erected it on my own, which obviously takes a little longer, but still possible with patience. Looks great! Only one minor quibble. There are 26 clips(part 328) with no instruction as to where they should go, but I checked out the You tube clip and learnt that they fit around the base of the panels. Apart from that all fine and it's now full of seed trays.”

“Well got the greenhouse five months ago and after a battle with the big C I have started to put it up and how easy is it just follow the book and it falls into place its very easy to put up but found a broken B pane of glass only thing I could say is that the glass rubber put tape around it and not tie it as it puts it out of shape.”
