“Absolutely love my greenhouse. Was delivered in time and the delivery guy was very friendly. Greenhouse was easy to install. I went for toughened glass and it is very solid. Had an issue with some broken glass but customer service was second to none. Had new glass delivered within 2 days. Really happy. Excellent company and excellent customer service”

“This is a super item, I was nervous about buying without actually seeing the greenhouses that this company supplied or having dealings with this company but I had no need to worry. From the easy ordering to the very thoughtful, efficient and professional delivery man who kept in touch adviseing us of where we were in the delivery route, everything went without a hitch. My husband and I built my greenhouse up in a weekend and fitted the glass in a day. Everything fitted together well and everything was well labeled. I am very pleased with this greenhouse and would definitely recommend it.”

“The product seems good, however the build instructions are appalling, so beware. I was also supplied with 2 pieces of glass too big to fit correctly. I'd order the product again, but the double doors on the model I had were a pain to get right.”

“The whole experience has been excellent. From sorting out my mistake of ordering 2 greenhouses instead of 1! to the very efficient and thorough erecting of it. I am as thrilled with it now as on the day that it arrived, and it has been admired by many visitors.”

“A good greenhouse at very reasonable price. Easily erected by an amateur. Problems - Roof bars were in box with side pieces and vice versa causing some confusion. Also kit was short of good glazing clips,and when I spoke to your rep. to obtain more he cast doubt on my assertion by expressing extreme surprise. Not good for customer relations. I still did not have quite enough and went to a garden centre and bought some”

“Greenhouse delivered on the date I requested which was good as I had asked for the greenhouse to be kept on hold for about 3/4 weeks. Was as described apart from the base being deeper than the picture of the greenhouse on the website indicated, so perhaps that picture could be made clearer and larger. The panels of glass were very clear and all the parts were boxed up properly. Looks lovely now it’s been erected. It took a day to put up by your recommended installer who knew exactly what he was doing.”

“Great price & product, quickly delivered. The greenhouse seemed quite flimsy while in pieces but is sturdy enough now & has already stood up to some strong winds. If you're handy with a spanner & used to putting things together you'll be Ok, as the instructions don't go into great depth, but if not you might struggle.”
