“Very prompt delivery at the time stated. Very helpful delivery driver.not difficult to put together but need 2 people.need to get the correct size spanners and possibly a socket set. Down side not as robust as older designs but fine for a semi sheltered location. Tip get the base secure befor starting. I used concrete gravel boards to get s firm level support.”

“Very pleased with the purchase, it was relatively easy to erect and looks very good. Only used standard glass and 2 pieces were broken when I opened the packages up. I phoned customer services and they sorted that out very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a greenhouse.”

My husband was able to follow the instructions easily, it didn’t need two people, and the greenhouse went together very well. There are quite a lot of nuts and bolts left over, not sure if that is anything to worry about!”

It took a fair while to put up, but we managed that without any problems. Plenty of things already growing in the greenhouse now and it's a warm place to sit in the sun!”

“Very helpful to find a greenhouse of the right size as our old one was not standard. Disappointed with the width of the shelving as it was not clear from the photos on the website that they are very narrow and it would have been very useful if this had been pointed out. After day one if erecting the grenhouse, the installer discovered that a pack of screws was missing. Greenhouse Stores said they would send some right away, and when nothing had arrived after several days we phoned again. The next day two packs arrived, the first one had been given the wrong postcode and went via Cornwall :( .”

“After looking at a few on line we were not sure as the potting shed we liked was a little more expensive than others. Decided to go with it and have to say from start to finish the customer service was excellent. When the potting shed arrived it was assembled and advice given . The quality is second to none and so glad we went for this product”
