Thanks for the review and you should have received an email from us confirming the order? The Ladybird Larvae are being posted direct from the breeder at this time of year and we ordered them on Monday, so they should be arriving anytime now by 1st class post. “Order was delivered very quickly and well packaged. Have yet to use the garlic candles but smell very very strong so we have high hopes as a friendly alternative to the sulphur candles. Would use supplier again without hesitation based on my first experience.”

“The green gardener web page is pretty poor with many products shown but not available for purchase and those which are available are hardly intuitive. Most sellers web sites are so much easier to use. The products though are great, I have particularly found Nema slug and the slug attractant to be effective and also the ladybirds to be a great way to control aphids.”

Thanks for the feedback and apologies if you are having trouble getting hold of us. We do work reduced hours in the winter but we are still here from 9.00am to 1pm 7 days a week, so you should be able to get hold of us plus I do leave the answer phone on out of hours and always ring people back. We did move office 6 weeks ago so the best number to get us on is 01493 750061? I did email you the other day about this order - the ladybird larvae you ordered are being posted direct from the breeder at this time of year and we ordered them on Monday, so they should be arriving anytime now. “Very helpful, prompt and efficient service. With regard to the product itself, we have followed the instructions very carefully but are not seeing any movement of the phytoseiulus on the plant or any improvement in the plant's health so are a little concerned that it's working.”

Thanks for the feedback and the phytoseiulus are tiny and the only real chance to see them is in the tube they are delivered in and once you release them you are unlikely to spot them as they are even smaller than the red spider mite. Looking at the date of the order, they have been in place for a week now, so depending on how bad the red spider mite are, will affect how quickly the plant starts to recover i.e. if there are lots of red spider mite, then it will take a while for the phyto to eat them all. Is there any signs of improvement yet? If not, please call us on 01493 750061, so we can try and work out why it is not working. Yours sincerely Jonathan @ Green Gardener

“Very informative about products, my second purchase from them. I appreciate the nature of my purchase, Nemesis, being to order but an estimate of delivery would help. I'd like a regular update maybe weekly. I don't mind it not being fast but once in a while an email saying "we are estimating ...." would be great”
