“Love the design but there is no where to to say this is a gift and have a message that you don’t want on the design, and how do we track the shipment?”

Thank you for your feedback! We are working on gift notes but this is not quite ready yet but if you email us before your map is shipped, we can add a line on your shipping note. You gain the tracking in two ways, one is emailed to you once shipped and again through your download link at the very bottom. “I can’t wait to receive this beautiful map! The process was simple! I like that I can print a copy before I receive my beautiful star map in the mail. My boyfriend and I stargaze whenever we are out in his boat and this is going to be his Christmas gift. Thank you so much!”

We sent you an email on Tuesday informing you that you need to finish reviewing your map. We implement this to avoid any mistakes with any personalisation in your map. “i purchased a framed poster for my husband to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The photo and the frame arrived in great condition and the product is exactly as advertised. I was *especially blown away* that I was able to download the different styles, in different colors and sizes, in case I want to print out posters on my own and get them framed in the future. The value for this purchase was fantastic. I thoroughly researched which company I wanted to go with to purchase this product and *no other company* offered free digital downloads with a purchase. Brilliant.”

“5/10/20 - I was given a message that my card details were not complete so I reinterred my details , not my order, my card details and was charged twice . I have sent an email to your attention to stop the second payment - awaiting your reply and assistance.”
