“Wish you would put the state on ot too”

Hello Sue, Thank you for your review and your suggestion. The generating system has been designed to show the co-ordinates of the place but not the state or name of the place. If those details are requested to be shown, those need to be incorporated within the personal text or title. “The product was excellent and, in my view, fairly priced. Two recommendations: (1) consider adding a variety of frame colors to match the different backgrounds and (2) consider adding an expedited shipping option.”

“We love the constellation! However, we were a little disappointed by the size and color of the font. Expecting to see white font, but it was more like a light yellow. The size is a bit small which makes it a bit hard to read. Otherwise, we really love it! It made a nice gift for our daughter's 13th birthday!”

Although, the colour of the font does not sound right - please can you email us on greaterskies@greaterskies.com and we can make it right for you? As for the small writing and the size of the print, the 11x14" is the small although we have larger sizes such as the medium and large. Plus if you want something faster, you can always opt for the download which will give you 10 sizes to print from. “I love my star map! It’s beautiful. It’s perfect. It’s well placed and loved. However, considering it was not a person calculating the map, or helping with my order at all, I truly feel $40 for a digital download is outrageous. I spent the money because it was a last minute perfect gift. However, had I had the time I would not have done so. It’s my own fault for waiting until the last minute but as I said it’s far to expensive for what you get.”

Thank you so much for your review, a lot of great feedback. Just to address your query although it was not a person creating the starmap by hand, our founder, Juan spent years developing the software that allows to have the digital map in minutes. Your map is very special : ) We are the most affordable in terms of quality, accuracy and service. Your map is the only starmap that uses three star databases for accuracy whereas most only use one. Your map is also the only starmap to include the constellations' names and lines, the sun, the moon and planets - all to create your exact sky on your special moment. Your map also has 7000 to 8000 stars individually coloured and are uniform for brightness and size. All the quick access and to have a personalised gift down to specific date, location and time does take a lot of time, investment and research. We really hope in the future as we continue to progress and grow that we can pass on the savings too for our products. Hi Thank you so much for your review! Completely understand your feedback, we do have a range of products for every budget. The digital downloads of course are of lower cost than the printed map and the printed framed map. The framed map requires a lot more to produce but the end result is just beautiful. : ) Hopefully, as we progress we are able to provide a lower cost and pass the savings to everyone. “i really like the poster and the personalisation. it was delivered super speedy but when i opened although i really liked it i felt £50 was quite a lot for a poster. Thanks”

Hi Thank you so much for your feedback and I completely understand, we do have a range of products to suit all budgets and the printed map and the framed map do cost more to produce but the end product is beautiful and completely personalised, so it is more difficult to create in bulk.
