“I've tried using Grafter over the last year. Just recently I paid 20 pounds to hire grafters for some basica gardening. All three have been no shows on the day of hire, with no excuse at all. Grafter as a business says to this "tough", as they can't be responsible for workers not showing up and so they won't refund the 20 pounds. What an absolute waste of a business and website. Fully unreliable, don't list your jobs, the grafters on the site are completely useless and unreliable. You will be very disappointed.”

I am afraid this review is not entirely true. One of the workers did turn up and, in your words "worked very well and hard" but then was injured and couldn't work the second day, but you then didn't pay him for the day he did work causing him to complain about you. Another one had an emergency and told you he couldn't make it and asked to change the day but you didn't reply. The third on you didn't 'chat' with to arrange the work.

“I can see that the app would work if you are hiring a large volume but for the off job it has been frustrating. 3 credits for £25 is expensive if it’s just a small job and you are let down by the labourers”

“The grafter didn’t turn up, texting at 5 minutes before supposed to be on site saying he not going to come. Wasted my time, wasted somebody else’s chance. Cost myself money”
