The service from Tom was great, however, I had ordered branded pens in Aqua and the colour that arrived looked totally different to the one online.
Instead of Aqua, I got normal blue pens which are useless to me now, so I will not be ordering from Gopromotional again as it's a lot of money spent on promotional material when you're not really getting what you ordered. I was told the print was in aqua but as you can see from the pictures, it's really not.
