“Sceptical at first when Goodwin Barrett contacted me as it seemed too good to be true. However they were professional and put my concerns at ease. I was awarded money that I feel I could have never have won with the bank.”

“I contacted Goodwin and Barrett concerning investment advice I received ( 19 years ago) by one of the main street banks. The advice proved to be poor and I as a result I lost a considerable sum. Goodwin and Barrett took my case on in June 2019 and I have recently been awarded £35000 in settlement of the claim. The whole process was conducted extremely professionally from start to finish. I cannot recommend Goodwin and Barrett highly enough and would encourage anyone who feels they have a financial grievance to get in touch with them. Excellent service.”

“You researched my claim at Halifax. Ryan phoned me he was so very proffesional & reassuring that an outcome would be good, also Simon Motley phoned me & said if Halifax phoned me how l should deal with it. Within two months all was sorted and l had a refund. This company is excellent & very very proffesional, would recommend them anytime, thank you”

“Hi,I had a savings bond approximately 10 years ago that did not pay any interest but I got my money back.Goodwin Barrett took this up with my bank and found I was sold a product that wasn't right for me and proceeded to get almost £6000 pounds compensation for me. Thank you Goodwin Barrett”

“I was telephoned some months ago and, after an exploratory discussion, decided to use the service. I had already complained some years ago to my bank and been fobbed off and so I am extremely pleased with this success. This is a result I would not have achieved on my own and so the fee is well-earned.. The service was professional & efficient and I am very pleased I was contacted.”

“My sister recommended Goodwin Barrett to me as she had a successful claim with them. I didn't think I would have a claim but from the first phone call I was assured that there would be a positive outcome. The team worked hard on my behalf, were helpful and answered any queries and dealt with matters in a professional way. “I invested shares with Lloyd’s Bank 26 years ago and was told they had gone down in value and I thought that was it after being told by my bank that they had no record of such a transaction. However having contacted Goodwin Barrett, they have now got me over £8000 back. Leaving me very happy and pleased with the service.”

“Goodwin Barrett helped us get £20,000 back from an old investment from 2007 from the Halifax. Everything was dealt with very quickly indeed and we had our offer within four weeks - we had a phone call from the Halifax midday and the money was in our bank account that same day ! Would definitely recommend.”
