I do love the clothes at Goodhood but it doesn't seem affordable to it's desired market at all. Who are you aiming it at? There's no medium price range it's just expensive and very expensive...Everything always seems to be marked up and can often find it cheaper elsewhere. I also think the returns policy of not being able to get a refund is very off putting and unfair. I would love to support independent shops like this, but why can't you have more affordable clothes and the decency to return people's money back if they're not happy.

Hi Bonnie. I do believe you have been speaking with the dispatch team in regards to this, and I have found you used a credit note against your order. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds on credit notes, this is why your credit note has been re-issued. Hi Damian, Apologies but as we are currently on sale, the online dispatch team are extremely busy. Unfortunately the Norse projects Vorm Sweatshirt came with 1 sleeve too long.. Crazy right? for such an expensive item.

It's was a day late on delevery, I called to see if any thing could be done about this is was needed on the day requested but no one called me back. The jumper was not box or wrapped well. For a jumper that cost £95 I would expect for it to be better presented. I love goodhood but on line could be improved.

Hi Charlotte, we're really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging, we usually have great feedback on our wrapping and delivery services. We aim to get all parcels out within 1-2 days and unfortunately in this case there was a delay at DPD's depot causing your parcel to be late. We try our very best to provide the best possible service to our customers and the delay was communicated to you by DPD as soon as possible however please be reassured that this isn't the usual high standard we expect from our delivery provider and we hope this doesn't happen again.

well I would have been happier if I had been sent item ordered. I ordered a long sleeve tshirt and recieved a short sleeved one

I was impressed with my product, although was very confused why I had £38.00 of my shoes refunded. I had tried calling the customer service line a few times to find out whether this was a mistake or not because I had a shipping email confirmed (also because I am an honest person and don't feel it's right to take a companies money). It became apparent when I received the shoes they were 'B-stock' aka damaged or returned goods. Although I'm not a fussy customer the damaged box and scuffed back of the shoes would have probably riled up another customer had it of not been me. And an explaination email as to why I was getting a refund would have helped instead of me constantly calling a dead line for an hour 4 times on my day off. Apart from that your service previously has been seamless. But what harm does a little feedback do eh?! Keep doing what you're doing but please keep us in the loop! You could of ended up with a complaint and a very dissatisfied customer.

I was hoping to have my delivery faster than it arrived. I paid for 1-2 day delivery but it took 2 days just to process the order.

Gift card arrived, tortuous delivery, offered delivery to local pick up point, then this was changed without effective communication, then we missed 2 imposed delivery times. And what was the request for the recipient name? An odd experience.

The only problem I have is , is that you charge 10-20 percent more than other retailers .

Products are very good and website clear. Only issue was the pop up that kept appearing on the site to join the mailing list (which I had previously done). Very annoying and put me off browsing in the end..
