“Delivery time was really slow. I emailed a couple of times to check the delay very status and my emails were answered promptly but the product took longer to arrive than they stated. I have since ordered a second product and have been waiting over a week for it to arrive, it has still not been dispatched”

“This order was placed due to having to spend a voucher. The item came quickly this time. I did try to use the voucher for some tendon boots but kept being told they were coming and they didn’t. The service was quite shocking. Due to my initial experience, I would not choose to purchase items from GS.”

“Appalling service! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Took 10 days for them to tell me my order, 1 small bowl with lid, had been despatched. The tracking said it had been despatched and delivered 2 days prior. When i tried to ring customer services to find out what was happening, the standard recorded message was on a loop so you everytime it said I was being put through it started again. I found an alternative number and did get through and the lady just said, yes I was answering another call. Do they only have one person on the phones! When I asked why the tracking said it had been delivered already she just said, yes I can't answer for our 3rd party delivery provider, it's their tracking. I'm sorry but you should do, it's not them I bought the item from it's GS equestrian. Appalling company! If I could give 0 stars I would.”

“Unfortunately there is metal clips over the Withers and down the shoulder line so if it falls back and you don’t order the neck brace it makes the horse sore. I’ve only used it for two days and it is made the horse very sore across the shoulders line. There’s no adjustable straps at the front.! and I’m very disappointed! As I do not need a neck cover as my pony does not need this! Unfortunately, the only way to stop it from rubbing will probably to purchase this! Hopefully someone replied to me and suggest what I do! As like I say, the metal clips are rubbing her like mad! So I will have to purchase a new rug very disappointed in this product!”

“Recently purchased a Brontë Equidry jacket for my wife, when it came was the wrong size so filled the form and sent back for exchange for smaller size, great service, returned the coat and received the new one within a week, will have no problem ordering from these guys again”
