Not happy with the purchase it has a default and trying to get a refund is turning out to be hard work.

Honestly wasnt that impressed dont order if you are in a rush for items, my order was split up into 3 parcels and all arrived a very long time after ordering so wouldnt be in a hurry to order from them again

Great product but delivery service VERY poor Bit took a week to arrive although it was in 48 hour tracked Needed it for competition Saturday GS said it would arrive on time - no show I went to sorting office 07 00 Saturday- not there Had to withdraw from competition as no brakes Poor service G S did say they would look into this- no response

The items ordered were all good. However, delivery was really slow - almost 2 weeks. Probably won't order again for this reason.

Ordered the order 12 days ago still haven’t received and hasn’t even been shipped. I have had the shipping refunded as I paid extra for it to be delivered due a week ago. Took my emailing to actually prompt the order to be processed to be dispatched. Unusual experience as in the past usually had good dealings. Took only today to realise item was damaged which is bad considering I ordered on the 10th and no communication with concern of my order

The products were fine and decent prices however the delayed delivery with insufficient notification let the service down. Ordered lots of things for a competition away from home with a promised delivery date in advance of my departure. Only told on the day the items were due in that they wouldn't be arriving for some time. When you keep hold of the stock and don't dispatch them, they can't possibly arrive in on schedule. Absolute pain having to source the items elsewhere with very little time. Had I known they weren't going to be dispatched I would have gone elsewhere earlier.

I don’t like leaving this kind of review but feel I have to be honest. I purchased a Thinline muzzle and breakaway head collar on the 24th of June, this was a Tuesday and it said my order would be delivered by the 30th. It never arrived and instead turned up on the 5th of July. Which was ok. But after opening and seeing I had been sent the wrong item, I was then disappointed and frustrated. I emailed and did receive polite emails back but then had to take photos etc of my items before being sent a label to post everything back, by this time another week had passed. I sent my items back promptly and again I received a polite email and apologies for the inconvenience. But I’m another week down and still nothing! The whole process has nearly been 4 weeks now and a headache. With my pony who desperately needs the muzzle to be able to go out into the field for longer, is now being stabled. I can appreciate a certain amount of delay but a month and having to take photos etc and posting back. It’s has been an unpleasant experience with GS Equestrian and with no sign of my order arriving anytime soon. I am now going to cancel it and get it from somewhere else. I leave 2 stars only because I have received the odd apology email after I have chased my order. Otherwise it would have been 1

Although process of purchase and speed of delivery was great, unfortunately, the quality of the field safe head collar was very poor. Horse was turned out for the first time and when caught back in, the head collar was in tatters. Some might say, “well, the field safe component stands…”, hmmm.. yes, but when the Velcro itself tears away completely, meaning the collar cannot be ‘reset’ at all, this makes for an expensive single use item. Wouldn’t buy this brand again based upon quality.

This is a very expensive mask needed however there is no padding at all so it has rubbed nose area ear area So so disappointed thought it would help my poor boy 30 year old con with eye problems Why can’t you add padding such a shame

Show riding leggings disproportionate in size. And see through Show Shirt ok will keep this but leggings will be returned .

Delivered so late I had to make a trip to town to buy some while waiting for it to arrive. Haven’t used GS Equestrian for ages because of previous issues with delivery but figured I should give them another chance. Oh well 🙄
