“When we ordered the item for our Granddaughters birthday we didnt realise we could state a date the item was required by. Two days before the birthday the item had not arrived. I emailed the company and Verity replied almost immediately and stated she had just finished making the order and she would send it on Royal Mail 24 rather than 48 hrs. The item arrived in time for the birthday. Excellent communication and service. Will consider using again. Thank you!”

“I love this product so much for my donkeys that I have been back to this company several times for orders. They have the very best products and my little guys go absolutely crazy when they see them coming. Just an absolutely wonderful product and no fuss. Shipping is quick and packaged beautifully. Highly highly highly recommend! I actually order from the US for my friend in England. That's how much I love these treats.”
