“It was disappointing that the saddle pad pictured was not the one I was sent. The item isn’t stocked, and the picture is still on the website. Whilst the customer service has been helpful and good to return and replace, it’s taken ages.”

“The products themself are exactly what we were after, unfortunately part of the order was dispatched incorrectly and the wrong item was sent. The return process itself was simple but unfortunately it took so long (72hrs plus) for the replacement product to arrive, the event it was originally purchased for had passed, which was very disappointing.”

“The service and delivery time is always good from yourselves however I have reported to yourselves that the item I received is not as described. I purchased a shavings fork in hot pink and wfat I have received is a red fork it's not pink at all. As, I say I have reported this yesterday but not yet had a response.”
