“Good value for money, especially in their sales, and they have a good selection of items for both horse and rider. However, I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my latest delivery and this has been a recuring theme.”

“Delivery extremely delayed and then only received one item. had to purchase elsewhere due to the delayed delivery. On dispute they then sent the items i asked for them not to. Explained this and they said the deliver is now on the way after I had asked for this to be cancelled. Advised to turn the delivery away - over 6 weeks in dispute and they are now saying I received all items with no proof. of delivery as I refused delivery. I paid for delivery which is furhter insult to the way this company behaves! Order with caution and expect long delays past the agreed delivery date.”
