“The items themselves were great and the staff were very friendly. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and misleading information. I placed my order on Boxing Day, so I understood there could be delays, but after nearly two weeks with no updates, I contacted customer support to ask about the status as I needed the items. I was told the order had already been dispatched from the warehouse and that, due to the size of the items, they couldn’t be sent via Royal Mail. I was assured I would receive a tracking number later that day, but no tracking information or update ever arrived. After waiting a few more days, I called again and was then told the order had not actually been dispatched previously, but that it had now been sent out that day and I would receive an update. I mentioned that I would be happy to accept a refund if the items hadn’t yet been sent, but was told they were due out that day. The following day, my order arrived via Royal Mail with no tracking information at all. This left me feeling misled and fobbed off by the customer support team. It also gave the impression that items were being advertised without actually being in stock. If I had been told upfront that the items were awaiting stock and that I would be updated once dispatched or been offered the option of a refund, I would have been completely understanding. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I don’t think I’ll be making any future.”

“Hi, I purchased this wash gun and after only one use I noticed the plastic shampoo holder has a crack in it, causing the shampoo to leak out of the bottom. Considering the price, this is quite disappointing. I’ve only used it once and expected better quality. Could you please advise on a replacement or refund?”
