Bought a few hundred pounds worth of stuff for a horsey hamper giveaway, the grooming step arrived missing a foot and the mane and tail spray was leaking everywhere and they couldn’t get me replacements in time for the competition end so I had to order more elsewhere

I paid £5.99 for next day delivery but they forgot to mention the item I bought has a 2-3 day handling time so 5 days later and £5.99 down I finally had my product. Will not buy from here again

Waited to long for delivery ordered Friday expected by Tuesday. Could not trace on their tracking system phoned Monday to find out when it would be delivered. Had not even arrived at their despaching area. Phoned a chain shop despatched the same day Also they charged for poor service. Easier and more efficient to you a chain store

Poor service. Paid for express 24hr delivery service on a Wednesday and didn’t receive package until the Monday. When raising this with them I was told it was within their delivery guidelines in the small print. No where on the postage choices does it suggest that express 24 means snail mail 5 days! Refused to refund the extra cost of the express postage paid for. Won’t be shopping with them again! Poor customer service.

Really bad customer service Refused to replace for larger size Issued refund but it took over 2 weeks to get it Online the larger size was out of stock Then I had to place a new order for one size larger for nearly 50% more Phoned them and they told me the item had been discontinued ! Did another online search found the item at the inflated price Absolute rubbish I'm issuing a formal compliant

Placed an order 6 weeks ago still have not received it just fobbed off saying Royal Mail lost it this seems to be their theme. Please check trust pilot reviews before you part with your hard earned cash, I wish I did! Pretty sure they will delete this review as soon as possible so I will endeavour posting reviews until they refund me my money or give me the product I have paid for.
