Very disappointed in the quality of the GS combo fly rug. After having it on five day (just during the day not overnight) the stitching has came undone in a couple of places.

I ordered some stirrups as a birthday present on the 1st of July when I emailed about them they said the original package had been lost and had to resend them resulting in them being late for the birthday

I ordered a pair of SMALL overeach boots and was sent LARGE. GSE arranged for them to be collected and a new pair to arrive the following way. New ones never arrived and a week later rang to find out why and was told a problem at the warehouse and would be sent out two days later. Still waiting, heard nothing and no one answers the phones at the weekend. 😡

Ordered a pair of infant, size 5, pink hunter wellies. Received a pair of men's navy Chelsea boot wellies. Couldn't be further from what I'd ordered. Won't order from this company again.

Orderd 1 pair of child jods and pack of 3 long socks back on 18th may.2wks go by not recieved.no correspondence as to why either.so i email customer services,apparently a whole shipment got lost ?! Order will be sent as soon as new shipment arrives.2 week later still no correspondence so i email again,jodpurs were damaged so only sending socks.i said to cancel the whole order as the socks and shipment costs were only £2 difference.shipment £6.99 !! Said they had already posted but i could return if i wanted.still had to pay the shipment which i asked if it could be wavered as a goodwill gesture.nope ! None of the correspondence was instigated on there behalf ! I work 6 nights a week,and animals to look after and a house to run so i havent got time to mess about returning parcels ! Needless to say i wont be purchasing from GS Equestrian again.terrible customer service

Two weeks to get only part my order. I was waiting AGES and order didn't seem to be budging from order placed. Days passed and I had to complain to find out they were waiting for something out of stock before they would send the order. That was the first I heard of it! Don't sell items that are out of stock! I then cancelled part of my order and they sent out the remaining part. Dreadful service, won't use again which is a shame as used for ages.
