“I shopped around and GS Equestrian offered the best price for the products I wanted. The products arrived in perfect condition. One was too small so I used the returns process which was so easy. I got an email to say my return had been received and then another to say my exchange was on its way. Really good customer service. The delivery times are a little longer than with other companies. I don't know if this is a GS issue or a courier issue but this wouldn't put me off shopping with them again becasue everything else was so good and I have confidence in them as a retailer.”

“Excellent service, there was a fairly long lead time on the item I ordered but I was kept fully informed of timelines and it actually arrived earlier than expected. Really pleased with the rug too, perfect fit and definitely proved it was waterproof last night !”

“Excellent light weight rug. Perfect fit along back and rump but needed a couple of darts in the shoulder to sit above. Now it’s perfect Our horse didn’t have a good a shoulder as the model but all good now. Thank you. Great service defo use you again.”
