“The product was exactly as ordered, no problems However, the product was a week late, which compromised the safety of my Horses as the item was essential for field safety. Whilst we managed to budget until the product arrived, this delay was unexpected and not notified. It was only when I emailed to enquire as to where the product was the answer stated that the product was on order, then miraculously arrived that day! So I would rate this poor customer service experience”

“Great customer service. Really helpful when I first realised the reins where too long and so arranged an exchange, and then also realised the colour was wrong as didn’t realise loan pony and odd tack and I just had the saddle colour in mind. So I contacted them before they sent out original exchange and they sorted it. Thank you and sorry!!😄”

“I ordered the Dublin river boots but on arrival the were too small so I emailed them asking to have the regular fit They were unable to just send the replacement order even though they had recieved the first pair back. So I had to have a refund then reorder. Luckily they had my size in stock although numbers were low. I received the boots they fit and I’m very pleased with them. The person I dealt with in customer services was very helpful and I would certainly use them again”
