i sent my item back for an exchange a week ago and haven’t heard anything back or received a new item. the money has been taken out of my account too

An absolute shambles of a company. We ordered an item that would advertise on the website and when the item arrived it was half of the order. After phoning up and speaking to somebody at the company they told me it had been a computer error & they would send out the remaining quantity. About 10 days past and 2 phone calls later we received an email saying we were going to get reimbursed for the items that had not arrived. When phoning the company again there was just more excuses after excuses even though we had been promised the items would receive us on a date that their stated and that never happened we would never use this company again. If you do not have the stock you do not advertise it on your website as in stock its as easy as that. No other solution offered by the company for example we have this alternative it was just the case of receiving an email one morning to say we are getting refunded absolute joke if I could give -10 I would give -10

I have been waiting two weeks for my order. Still not arrived. I have emailed GS several times regarding this issue but only seem to receive an automated response. I shall be pursuing this further.

I couldn’t even get my foot in the boot! I never have a problem with footwear so assume this was a strange design.

Run by incompetent lying 🤥... Ordered a pair of rigger boots that are "in stock" after waiting over a week rang the company to be told its being dispatched on the day, received email stating royal mail had the parcel. Now we are a week in to the item being dispatched still no show? Royal mail are awaiting the item so Gsequestrian must of created a label just to stop me chasing an update. Never dealing with this company again. Could of ordered elsewhere with quicker delivery times.

Terribly slow to send out my order of a dog bed cover. And have had a very frustrating time with customer services, who seem to not know what there doing. Would never use this company again, as the picture on their web site didn't match what I received. The item now has disappeared off there web site, but fortunately the same add with the cover In the colour i ordered is still on Google under their name. Problem still ongoing, cause all I get back from them " send us photos of the cover you have received, and a picture of the one you wanted. Not for me to do their job for them. So I'll send it back and hope for a quick refund, as reviews on trust pilot, say that's slow in coming back to the customers also. Funny that reviews on trust pilot, certainly don't match all the glowing reviews on here.

Ordered boots which arrived after apx 10 days and they were the wrong size. I ordered a 7 which is EU size 41. They sent 40 so I had to turn them round for exchange. I phoned to complain as a picker made the error and should have checked and the man who answered argued with me that 40 was a 7. Really? He needs to google size 7 in EU sizes. I told him I have been 41 for over 50 years so I should know.
