Very poor, ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, didn’t turn up. Unable to get hold of anyone within customer services. Wouldn’t use again

Would not buy from here again twice I have used them and twice it’s been very poor delivery times. Also the boots I got my girl at £100 was wrecked in a month letting water in and very hard to get on and off. There customer service is very poor

The last three orders have gone wrong. Be aware that when you order certain colours or prints that you will gets something completely different arrive

Ordered Cavallo pastern wraps size L (to fit 4-6) Realized when they arrived that they were too small by holding them beside pastern wrap he had which I had thought was L but must have been "big foot" size 8. His boots are size 6. Tried to return but was told not returnable despite explaining they had not been taken out of packet. Why?? Now left with pair of unusable pastern wraps 😡😡😡

As I currently haven't even recieved my purchase yet...how can I write a review? What I can say is the service has been poor. I ordered on the 3rd December and still have not recieved it.. apparently its gone to the wrong sorting office now. All I keep getting told is if it isn't with you in 48 hours email us..so I do and I get the same back. However today I was told it has gone to the wrong post office will be with you soon. I ordered this for my daughters birthday which is tomorrow and she will not have it. Very poor.

Ordered an equidry coat on 22nd November 23, the parcel that arrived contained a pair of men’s green wellingtons, after having to send pictures to prove this(why would I lie?) they asked me to return them, I asked if my correct order could be sent in the meantime and was told no we have to have return first! I returned item promptly and asked for priority delivery of correct item, was promised this only to receive an email about my return order saying that turnaround would be 2-3 days as it needed checking…..so now it’s the 6th December and still no equidry coat! Rang today to be told it’s been despatched on a standard service and it’s not their fault!! Well it’s certainly not mine, terrible service from start to not even finish because I’ve still not got correct item, will not be ordering again!!

Ordered a bag … received a travel towel. No apology, just passed blame to a different department. Tried to explain this was obviously a Christmas gift. First and LAST time using this website.

Product was good however the customer service was horrendous. I was expected to pay £15 to return a £100 item (due to its cost it had to be tracked, signed for and insured) and was treated rudely by the customer service. They offered me no return cost (or partial cost) compensation and no money back or alternatives. I was hugely disappointed and obviously left out of pocket to return the item. Furthermore they stated it was my fault I didn’t tell them immediately of the potential return cost, but I had to return the item so was left with no choice. I would recommend the boots I ordered however be careful of sizes and options (the boots come with different calf widths)
