Still waiting on 11th Oct for an order I placed on 3rd with Royal Mail tracked 24 hours! This is the second order that's taken ages to come. Emailed them yesterday. No response yet.

The flea treatment didn’t do anything suppose to be a good brand very disappointed and spent more than I usually do on treatment

Cancelled one item on my order without actually asking if that is what I wanted. Customer services absolutely useless as still trying to get correct product at the correct price!! Won’t be back

Awful customer service. No reply to my emails, phone calls or Instagram dms. Will never shop from here again. I cancelled an order and never received a refund. This company is a joke!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Website refused ro use PayPal making mesenteric details three times. I then elected to pay via gpay and its automatically completed the sale without me altering the shipping address!

I purchased an item for a child’s birthday recently. The delivery time was 4 days. After a week I contacted them as I had not received it. They said that some of their stock is kept in storage & takes longer to send out. He apologised & said he would send me a £5 voucher by email immediately. I am still waiting for this. The item took 10 days to arrive & missed the birthday.

Customer service is slow, if not non existent. GS equestrian are okay if you don’t need to contact them for anything or make a return. Your order may turn up between 5 days or 3 weeks after you order. If you need to change something on your order and message them.. I’m convinced they ship straight away after seeing your message to inconvenience you further. Returns are not covered by costs so if you need to return something heavy, like a rug, then you’ll lose a lot of money on it. They are too far behind the times so I will only use them now if absolutely necessary and certain on what I have to order. It’s a shame as they have the makings of a good company.

The products I ordered were needed quickly and took an over a week to arrive. Not impressed! Also not a fan of the emails starting with ‘Hey there’

One of the clasps on the sursingles is larger than the others and will not twist to fasten I have tried to arrange a return but I'm unable to select the product I want to return despite there only being one. So returns are proving difficult . I would really like a refund for this item . Delivery slow

To say my experience ordering from GS Equestrian was nothing short of diabolical, would be an understatement. I placed an order for my daughters birthday, and after nearly 3 weeks it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them numerous times to constantly be told ‘It will be dispatched today’ which was then met by an email from me, notifying them that I had not received a dispatch notification, to then be told it would be dispatched the following day… this was said a few times. It was apparently then dispatched, but Royal Mail had no records of it, and still didn’t up until I cancelled my order and requested a full refund! I have no faith that my order was ever dispatched, and it was just them fobbing me off again. I will not be a returning customer, as the experience I had with them has put me off for good.
