Ordered boots which arrived after apx 10 days and they were the wrong size.
I ordered a 7 which is EU size 41. They sent 40 so I had to turn them round for exchange.
I phoned to complain as a picker made the error and should have checked and the man who answered argued with me that 40 was a 7. Really? He needs to google size 7 in EU sizes. I told him I have been 41 for over 50 years so I should know.
