“The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. They sent me the wrong rug size and over 2 weeks later this has not yet been resolved. They have got my name and order details wrong on multiple occasions and are not issuing a replacement as they are confusing which rug size needs replacing - when the correct rug size is showing availability online. Their replies are also incredibly slow meaning every time they get confused, it adds another 24-48hrs delay. I will not be ordering from here again.”

“The quality of the Danish Design Anti-Bac Snuggle Bed is extremely disappointing. The fabric pilled badly from my dog simply laying on it within the first 10 minutes. Apart from that everything else was ok.”
