“Amazingly quick turnaround service. A member of the company will contact you and make sure everything is correct with your order. This year I got my gobos within three days of an order. Last year there was a mix up on delivery, when the UPS service delivered to the wrong address. Not GoboPlus's fault, and they did everything they could over the holiday season to track the parcel and get it resent. They even sent a replacement set of Gobo's before they had found the originals. They feel like a very professional, caring, responsible company and I would not go anywhere else for Gobos. Goboplus you can trust.”

“goboplus supplied the gobos i wanted to buy, i tried to buy direct from rosco but was not allowed and recommended 2 contacts, both didn't answer or reply. So when i found goboplus i recognised rosco gobos, they should have recommended you first . Gobos were great, although it was 5 days thanks roger”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your review, and apologies for any issues with the size of the gobo. You ordered B-stock Equinox Projector, and we sent a B size (86mm) gobo proof which was approved prior to manufacturing. I think you actually need a gobo for the Equinox Gobo Projector 32.5mm or Equinox Promo Spot 28.5mm. I would like to supply the correct size gobo and will email directly to help resolve your situation. Kind regard, Vicky

“This was my first custom Gobo order, and the speed and ease of ordering was as superb as the quality of the finished Gobo. The image size was initially too large on the first Gobo as my order comment about the light used was not picked up on, but one phone call and another Gobo was instantly on its way. Great customer service!”

“Ordered gobos for a customer - wasn't kept updated of shipping / tracking info and it was switched from the advised courier UPS to TNT who failed to deliver or notify us... had to collect from a depot at our cost and expense. GoboPlus didn't ignore the issue though and customer support was good including a partial refund / goodwill gesture. I advise extra communication is your order is time critical and accept we are part to blame for this.”

“Thank you for your help with last minute gobo production! Vicky was very helpful! The only thing is UPS lost our parcel so it was dry stressful but they managed to find it five hours before the wedding and we collected it from their depot. Thank you! Olga, Chaika Events”
