“had trouble identifying the correct holder, but to the fact that one didn't exist for the lantern I wanted. once we sorted that, the service was excellent, only let down by suppliers.”

“On the first trading day after New Year we were stuck for a large quantity of Gobos on a show in Norway. Goboplus delivered and pulled us out of a hole. Thank you!”

“My order isn't completed yet so sending me a "please review your purchase" e-mail at this stage may have been a little premature. I appreciate it's probably automated but you should probably take this fact into consideration. So far my experience hasn't been very good, having ordered and paid for next day delivery of gobos that were "in stock" I found out, 3 days later, on the day I needed them that there might be an issue with one of my choices and you would e-mail Rosco a further 5 days later to inquire (on the return of business after the new year break) - which would have been fine, but why advertise what I ordered as "in stock"? Further to this, you did ask when e-mailing on the 31st when my deadline was, I replied with that day so now there was no hurry and have heard nothing back since. Not even an apology over the delay.”

“I ordered this over the Christmas holiday period and received this rather quickly. I would however say that I would have preferred a warning e-mail to say that it has shipped I certainly would used them again”

“I spoke to Vicky and she was very helpful at every step of the process. She helped me confirm the size of gobo I needed and suggested an excellent one for the effect I was after. The production was a great success, and when we were let down by the delivery company (the gobo arriving too late for the rehearsal but in time for the performance) she instantly offered us a refund on the delivery costs. I have already started to recommend GoboPlus to others! Many thanks and I look forward to using your products in the future.”

“Vicky is so reliable. Efficient speedy service, always responds to emails. Quality of gobos so far has been good (to my knowledge), little early to know yet as we have only just started using Goboplus. I know we possibly pay a little more than if we went to a manufacturer direct, but having talked to other local AV companies they say they get the same support. Will continue to ask you to quote and supply. We have other project managers at Genero who use other (their own preferred suppliers), but I've never had a problem.
