Ordered a cosmetic organiser to discover a hidden small print of a £10 delivery charge. Not the bargain that they advertised. The link they provided to this item did not work at all anyway. I am still waiting for a refund after being promised a refund three weeks ago. Dreadful company - one which I will never use again so they had better not fob me off with a credit voucher, when they eventually bother to reply to me. Use this company at your own risk - absolute rubbish.

ORDERED BRACE LET ON FEB. 11TH A MONTH LATER STILL NO COMMUNION. LAUNCHED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL. RECEIVED EMAIL SAY TO CANCEL DISPUTE AS ONLY WAY OF CHARING UP SUPPLIERS BIG MISTAKE. ALL MY EMAIL ARE NOW BEING BOUNCED BACK TO ME. AND NOW I CAN REOPEN A DISPUTE. TOTALLY DISGUSTED. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I NOW HAVE NO BRACE LET AND AM OUT OF POCKET

I ordered a ring through go groopie in December , it is now nearly April I have sent messages to go groopie and the supplier directly but I am getting no response at all , avoid buying from these people they will rip you off !!

My friend and I have purchased a mystery European weekend break via these guys. Paid for in full and no contact. Repeatedly chased the office for some kind of date or destination during March, April or May as advertised. All dates offered were mid week flying in an evening, spending one day in the destination and then returning the following morning. Refund has been requested more than once which has yet to be processed. Apparently we are waiting for the travel agent to confirm but considering we haven't confirmed anything with any agent and we are go groopie' customer I am unsure why we have to wait. We have followed go groopie's refund procedure despite having no contact. Please sort. Joanne Taylor

How do I cancel my gogroopie account and get my money back? I have tried without success. You have not fixed this problem just put my refund elsewhere. You have not acknowledged many points in my emails and you have not acknowledged that I shall never use your services so how do I get my money back? I have lodged 4 complaints and heard nothing. You do advertise you have a complaints procedure which I have followed and still no acknowledgement., which knowing gogroopie just false advertisement just like everything else. Ordered Amethyst Ring on 25 Feb 2015 through Gogroopie from merchant Girly Glitz. Paid for ring and delivery through PayPal Ring not received yet at 31st March 2015 Have sent email to supplier but no reply Have tried phoning, several times, however, that was unsuccessful for no one answers the telephone Would obviously like to know from someone if I will eventually receive the ring or not

I have contacted you regarding my latest order for three Frozen longsleeved tops as I have been unable to redeem vouchers, but had no reply. I also contacted the supplier of the tops because the voucher numbers I had from GoGroopie were not accepted by the supplier website and have received no reply from them either. I tried to telephone them but the phone number given on their website no longer works. I was going to contact you today, but received your 'review' email. I now have only four day left in which to redeem my vouchers. I had wanted to give these tops to my three little granddaughters for Easter. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS IMMEDIATELY FOR ME so my vouchers aren't timed out. I want one blue 'Elsa' top, and two pink 'Sisters' top all aged 4 years. Please reply as soon as possible.

You have finally got back to me about my refund saying you will put in my gogroopie account within 24 hours. Have replied to that email but you never reply.Thank you, however I do not want my refund going into the gogroopie account I want my refund refunded to me through my bank asap as I will never be using your services again. I placed my order on 29 January and have still not received it. I have tried calling the merchant but the line is dead, have tried 3different emails but no one has responded. Have contacted go groopie twice with no response. Have now been waiting 16 mins on the phone and no answer. Absolutely disgusted!!!

Placed an order it stated allow 21 days for delivery item never arrived contacted Go Groupie after not getting a reply to E mails. I was told that it was because I did not surrender my voucher which I never received. After a 25 min phone call at a cost of £6 they told me as good will they would refund my money in the form of credit for any goods that I may order in the future, no way would they return money onto my debit card. Very poor customer service.

Use GOGROUPIE at your own risk. I should have heeded other reviews. Paid for a voucher in January 2015 but cancelled within minutes. Used the click box on screen. No contact numbers anywhere to speak to them to confirm cancellation. Ignored completely. Emails sent eventually requesting urgent response. Nothing. Again emailed as money shown as taken on credit card statement. Again email sent, reply urgently. At last a response, "will pass to a supervisor" Another email sent, REPLY OR BE HEARD IN COURT. NO NOT KEEP IGNORING ME. This prompted a reply and confirmed repayment. 3 MONTHS LATE !! Terrible. "Very Poor Review" is even too high

Very very very bad customer service. I order a month ago a tablet with a pink case £39.99 still not reach my yard. Where is it? Also email several times nothing. Will be taking it further like the court also a phone case with different colours last year summer whete is it? £2. Am sorry not getting my money again will be settling this in court.

Cancelled an order which was acknowledged by go groopie 2 months ago and still waiting for refund even after countless e mails. Customer service is diabolical and they seem not interested once they have got your money.

Very unhappy with the service from go groopie. I ordered a watch over a month ago neither go groopie or there supplier of the watches have responded to my numerous emails! Will never be using again. Have not had my money back or even a response.

If I could give this company no stars I would have started there. They are appalling and the people they work with are just as bad. I ordered a bluetooth handsfree sunvisor speaker for the car at the beginning of December. It is now the end of March and I have not received it. I paid the money to GoGroopie and then paid the post and packaging to Zipgadgets - they both took my money but since then have been almost impossible to contact. They have no phone numbers so I have emailed them so many times but they don't bother replying and when they do it is a standard response but then nothing happens. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are complete scammers. Luckily I only lost about £12 but others have lost a lot more.

RIP OFF MECHANTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am posting a second review as it's the only way to get these scammers to reply! They do not reply to any emails etc. still no sign of my item 4 weeks later. PayPal dispute now opened. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING!

be very carefull to what you check what you will pay, i thought i was only paying £5 for replacement tooth brushes but they took postage £3.99 plus £14.99 total £23.98 please be warned do not buy from this scam company

Ordered T5 tablets 7 weeks ago. Item not received. Contacted GoGroopie, They told me to contact suppliers. Contacted suppliers 3 weeks ago and everyday since, no reply, contacted Gogroopie again, got the same email from them. Ordering online should not be this stressful. Service is very poor when things go wrong.
