I queried the deal for 12 bottles of Rio ja of which only two bottles actually are Rio a, or even of the twelve bottles was supposed to be a Reserve but there is not only one. It is now almost a week since I wrote to Gogroopie but given the re ie was here I my never receive a reply. WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

DO NOT BUY FROM GOGROOPIE!! I made the mistake of ordering an item at the discounted price of £8.99. However my PayPal account was debited with not only this price but also the full price of £24.99 plus £3.99 P & P! I notified them immediately and I've been trying since January to get a refund without success. I eventually submitted a complaint to the Financial ombudsman but they have explained that as GOGROOPIE are not a regulated company they could not do anything. Avoid GOGROOPIE like the plague.

Paid for a mascara, I. February but y o date 24 April still waiting have completed a form but still waiting g for my goods very very disappointed would . Never do business with them again

Having tried to purchase aftershave more than two months ago I am still waiting for either delivery of the goods or refund of my money. I have contacted Go Groopie on several occasions without any recourse to my problem. The only response I received from them was when I abruptly e-mailed them to indicate that they were thieves who had stolen my money. However even this has not resulted in any form of redress. No matter how often you e-mail them through their 'complaints/feedback' link you will not receive a response. I know as I have-mailed them at least 5 times and still waiting for a response. I will NEVER use these crooks and shysters ever again.

i have paid for an item from g goopy several months ago and as yet have not received my goods when i wrote to customer service and told them about the situation i received an email stating that they had contacted the manufacturer and that i should be hearing from them shortly that was two weeks ago and as yet no one has contacted me nor have i received my money or credit back, My question now is what can i do in order to redress this situation.apart from legal action any suggestion? This is absolutely shocking and surly this is not legal for these companies to hold my hard earned cash and possible earning interest on thousands of customers cash. What recourse do i have to deal with this? sincerely w,wilson

My voucher code for chimps headphones not working and your form keeps saying complete all fields despite having done so. Can someone help soonest cause this is annoying, you are quick to get money but very difficult to get when there are queries to handle. Why are you so inaccessible? Improve otherwise the offers are a high price to pay if you have to spend time and money following up or trying to get product. Fed up!!

I ordered some gillette fusion blades from gogroopie on 02/03/2015, was advised I will receive the item within 21 days, but we are now on April 20th 2015 and as yet I havent received the item....have chased many times but they say they are awaiting response from the seller before they can do anything....very unhappy

Nothing short of theives!!! Took my money, haven't sent the goods, and have not bothered to reply to any emails!! This company is a complete rip off!! Don't order unless you are prepared for them to steal your money!!!

Placed an order over 3 months ago. Item as not been received. they keep saying that they are sorting it. but nothing done to date. Absolute joke. I advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to check all the reviews. they keep blaming ultra supplements. Both company's are rip off merchants. Don't trust either of them.

I am still awaiting the Toothbrush Heads and after notifying you that I would do so if they didn't arrive I am now going to raise this matter with my Bank. GoGroupie have problems which they aren't resolving, they are often taking money and not giving the service advertised and therefore I will also be notifying Trading Standards. The money for these items was taken over 5 weeks ago, if GoGroupie were as good at supplying the goods as they are at taking the money they would be getting 5 star ratings.

Ingrid Howard Bought an eye lash product towards end January, I was told it would take 6 weeks, nothing had arrived as at 14/4/15, the money was taken out of my account in the 27/1/15. Please reimburse my money.

I have selected one star only because you cant choose none. Shocking company horrendous customer services I have ordered 6 things 3 didn't arrive and another one wasn't even in stock stay well clear as it is so hard to get your money back I have had to do all of mine through PayPal they ignore emails so tiring honestly horrendous Groupon or woucher thousand times better
