I have emailed them at least 20 times regarding these and nobody will reply to me with a solution. I've had two replies with another code (for the recent deal) and none of them work. They also ignore my emails when I ask for a refund!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!”

“Please do not use these con artists!
I have ordered 6 items October last year, not received one item I spent £90 and have had £10 refunded!
They have asked my wife to send item numbers, which she has and they also asked for written details, which she has.
They then asked for the same again, which she has.
Nothing refunded.
Next step........Trading Standards they are fully aware of this lot, my case is ongoing.”

“Keep clear, these people are con merchants. I ordered a voucher for razor blades back in February. Despite chasing no sign of the goods, the merchant do not even acknowledge my emails. I reported to Go Groopie who equally cannot get a response from the merchant but will not refund my money until they get a reply. It seems to me Go Groopie are wide open for fraudulent traders to do as they like.”

“I paid by PAY Pal and took Go groopie to dispute after they took my money for an order and then took extra for P+P but I never received either the goods or response from any emails I sent to them. I won the dispute and Paypal refunded me in full. I will never use them again.”

“No customer service what so ever, I ordered 3 TSA locks, paid via paypal, they arrived 3 weeks later, they were cheap plastic locks all loose in an envelope from China, no instructions, no combination to unlock them as they had all been delivered to me locked. I contacted GoGroopie via email they eventually replied 3 days later suggesting that I return the locks at my own expense and they would inform the seller and enquire about their refund policy!! I replied suggesting that as the locks were useless to me, they could not be used for the purpose they were purchased for, I would like a free post label to return them and a full refund inclusive of P&P charges, they replied two days later suggesting that I contact the seller and copy them in on the email, I couldn't quite belive a company could actually run a business like this! I suggested if they were not going to send me a free post label and issue a full refund inclusive of P&P I would take the case up with paypal, as I felt I had been inconvenienced enough! They replied again requesting that I contact the seller!!! I contacted paypal and started a dispute with GoGroopie for the P&P charges as well as the cost of the locks. I received another email from GoGroopie suggesting that I contact the seller, I informed them I had taken up a dispute with paypal. I then contacted the MD of the comapny who was listed as Jonathan Mackey I sent him an email explaining all of the problems I had encountered as a customer of Go Groopie, the lack of customer service, the shoddy quality of the items sent and the lack of being able to use the items, also informing him that I had started a dispute with Paypal against GoGroopie, I sent this email on Monday 20th April at 12.49 and to date 27th April 15.11 I have not had any correspondence from him at all, now why does that not surprise me!! Please do not buy from this awful company they sell cheap nasty products that you could probaly buy of ebay for equal money or less and I am sure you would also get free P&P from Ebay sellers too, especially from China!! They offer no customer service at all, I do not think any one of them has ever heard of customer service, they are the dregs of the earth, and should be avoided at all costs.”
