“am appalled by the service recieved. i have been chasing a refund since 17th march for a faulty product i recieved. and all i get told to do is send an email to the supplier. then wait weeks to not get a response.
go groopie are doing nothing to help. the cost in phone calls is going to cost more than the product i brought at this rate.

“I ordered an item over a month ago which was being distributed by Etail Ltd to date I have not received this item. It cost £19.99 and delivery was £6.99 = total of £26.98. When I contacted Gogroopie they said I would have to contact the seller, or they would - I instigated both. Etail Ltd said I had to deal with Gogroopie and Gogroopie said Etail were at fault - thoroughly disallusioned to say the least. I googled Gogroopie to find reviews saying avoid them at all costs one review being Money Saving Expert, who I usually value. I NOW WANT A FULL REFUND PLEASE OF £26.98!! or I think Watchdog at the BBC may be getting a request to investigate this company!!”
