“I ordered 2 android tablet vouchers through Go groopie to redeem with a company called Bluebud. It stated on the Advert 2 - 3 weeks delivery. That was the 8th of Nov. It is now 14 Dec and I have nothing but a pile of broken promises.
Go groopie told me the company had told them they had received new stock and I would get them by last Friday, again nothing. I called Go groopie again to ask for a refund as one of these was for my Daughters Birthday this week. I was told I would have to email a request for a refund and I would get a response in two days. Guess what I'm still waiting for a response days later. Even worse is when I go to the Bluebud site my account is only showing I ordered 1 item when I have emails and paypal proof I bought 2. Having looked at Qype review site it seems an awful lots of people are having the same issues an Go groopie knowing the issues these people are having with Bluebud are still selling vouchers for the same items for this company. Go groopie you are getting a very bad name for yourself and I won't be recommending you to anyone except Trading Standards if I don't get my refund very sharpish”
