bought coupon for memory foam pet cushion, when I went to order cushion actual company description was for pet mat/cushion meaning it was thinner than i had been led to believe. Decided to go ahead with purchase when I found that postage was double of what was quoted on coupon. At that point stopped order and requested refund from gogroopie .One week later still no response. Will now put it in hands of paypal and credit card company.

I am having the same problem , I have sent 5 emails requesting a refund , heard nothing, the 7 days is nearly up!? Will Paypal deal with it? if so , I will contact them and tell them to lodge a case against them, is this what you have done? many thanks

What a joke this company is, managed to get through on phone after emailing them 5 times and not getting a response after making a purchase and receiving an invalid voucher. The person I spoke to didn't have a clue, oh I don't have any records of your email and the purchase please can you email a copy of the voucher we sent you. I mean come on they have taken the money out of my account and they have no records of me, I emailed a cope and told the half wit I spoke to I will be calling her back to sort the problem. I called her back her response was oh that's an invalid voucher code, um you were the one who gave it to me she then went on to say she has asked the supplier to send me a new one within 7 days. I will not hold my breath and have written this off and am shocked this company is still trading judging by the previous reviews. NEVER AGAIN

i ordered spy pens ..the money has been taken out my bank account but received nothing ave emailes them twice ..and no reply ...wont get sucked into this again ..al ring them and see if i get though

TRIED to use twice now, first time....took ages as initially didn't work AT ALL this time still waiting after 4 weeks of trying to get codes to work, ordered two of an item so well miffed...I WON'T BE USING AGAIN plus the postage is each item and really high making it a no bargain most of the time, can often get cheaper on amazon ebay or where ever, even the site I was guided to had no contact details and when trying to remail on their form constantly gets chucked out. ughhhh Can't help but agree its a scam....

I see that my feedback has been echoed by several other people already. When the site works, it works a charm and has some excellent products and deals. However, just try reaching customer service if a product link you have ordered does not work. Worse yet, they provide a "feedback" area for their products which works for all other products I've ordered, but does not work for this item in particular. With no phone number and no response to emails (either by them or the vendor who was supposed to provide the product) this is a definite MISS as far as discount sites go.

I ordered an iPad case with keyboard nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I rang the company who said it was being dispatched, it wasn't, and have twice emailed go groupie and have not received a reply. Will use my credit card company to get reimbursement .

Ordered Calvin Klein boxers from a company called Vitrus products, despite emailing them, 2 months have now passed and they have not arrived, still showing as pending. have emailed both gogroopie and Vitrus, no response..... Will NOT be using gogroopie again.....

Two purchases over the last six months and bad service with both. Very disappointed I have to say as I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first purchase didn't arrive and had to get a refund credit which took ages and only got that through persistence. Currently been waiting 6 weeks for my current purchase to arrive but this time no response whatsoever from customer service. Avoid at all costs!

First and last time for me. I ordered a kitchen play set for my lil girl 5 weeks ago and didn't receved yet. Sent different email and never get an answer, called several time and seems to be all registered because every time different people

Received CK shirts nearly 4 months late. Clearly fake and go groupie in my opinion didn't do enough to protect us. 4 months? And they turn up fake!! Joke

Purchased a product from Go Groopie on 23rd September 2013 which on 1st November i still havent received, i have emailed them twice and contacted them via telephone still no response. I either want the product which i have purchased or my money back, cant seem to get either. Very very very dissapointed with this company, would never use them again or reccomend them - RUBBISH.

Bought some anti virus from Gogroopie but when I tried to buy it from the software company using the link provided by Gogroopie I kept getting a message saying the voucher code was invalid - the went on for days. I email GoGroopie - no reply. No replies for days and meantime I still couldnt use the voucher. I contacted GoGroopie via Paypal sent several messages, Still no reply. I eventually contacted the software supplier directly and they were very helpful and I got my software - after over a week and after I had sorted it out I finally got a reply to my email from Gogroopie. By then I was well and truly fed up an angry as the software was protection for my new computer. So as so many people have already stated. AVOID GOGROOPIE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered a 7 inch bundle tablet for xmas . costing £49 go groupie have taken the payment 6 times and left me with hardly any money in my account .. I am a pensioner and cant afford so much to be taken out of my account in one go . I have mailed them but!! no response . I made a big mistake as I thought they were linked to groupon .. I have dealt with Groupon for years and never had a problem .

had nothing but problems, it is nearly impossible to get an answer by email and their contact number isn't on the website so for people having trouble finding it its 0203 4740107. hope this helps

Paid for an ipad case on 17th April 2013 which never got delivered. Sent several emails to the supplier and never heard from them, so got in touch with go groopie customer service and they assured me that they will look into it on my behalf.After 7-8 back and forth emails with gogroopie where the account manager kept changing this is the last response from their customer service. Did'nt hear anything from them after a reply to this mail from me. Received this mail from them on 4th June, have given up on this now. Till date(14th Sept 2013) no refund or no credit in my go groopie account neither a replacement product has been received. Will never buy from that website again. -------------------------- Thank you for contacting us, I am sorry to hear that you still haven't received your order. I would need to speak to the merchants regarding this as we do not have access to their computer system or orders so they will be the ones who need to advise you of your items whereabouts. I will contact them now for you on your behalf and I will request them to contact you directly regarding this. Can I just double check that you have managed to redeem your voucher through the link provided on your voucher and paid the merchants postage and packing charge? If this has not been done that would be why you haven’t received your order. Please advise. Who is this Sian? She sent me a basic one liner asking me exactly what I meant when I complained about GoGroopie. I had already spelt out exactly what I meant - they are not worth using as the customer service is terrible.

Duplicate payment went from my bank to theirs. Contacted them by e-mail to ask to refund the duplicate payment. They claim they never received it and the payment would be returned to me. After 3 weeks nothing. Had to contact my banks payment dispute department. Fortunately Santander just credited my account with the £10 owed and took on the case. I informed Go Groupie that the bank is dealing with it and their excuse was that the money was stuck in cyberspace. I have come across this before where funds are stalled in limbo for a couple of days- but a month!? I advised them to change their bank. I advise all to avoid this company.

I have just received an email saying I signed up using my email address... News to me because I did not sign up to this at any point... When trying to unsubscribe using the link via the email it says error every time so am unable to unsubscribe!! Annoyed that tht can take my email sign me up when I didn't want it or request it!!

I am pulling my offers from Go Groopie after reading this! I do not want to be associated with suh bad customer service! I knew they were bad at communicating with merchants and ignoring us, but I didn't know how badly they treat the consumer! That is not a reputation I wish to have for my business!
