Complete rip off! Voucher doesn't work and when you repeatedly try and contact them to find out why or get a refund you have no response! Do not buy from this website it is a scam!!!!

Terrible company ordered 2 iPhone 5 charger cases vouchers wouldn't work complained and complained fobbed off with merchant will contact you etc. I think this was a delaying tactic to time me out with Paypal. Promised refund still waiting

Hi,6 months ago i ordered and paid by Paypal for a Tablet Bundle. Guess what . Never received goods but after many phone calls and e-mails i finally got a refund today (6 months and 1 day) for the Tablet bundle but no refund for P&P of £14.99 P&P. Think i will stand a chance getting this back!!! not going to give up hope. I had started emailing them every month on the anniversary of me sending them my money. Sorry GoGroopie but i wouldn't reccomend you to anyone .Sue.

Bought razor blades feb now may still waiting dont want refund just want goods Company sucks don't use them for anything if it sounds too good to be true it is,,

Appalling. Bought a voucher for a weekend away at a pub.Tried booking it but pub closed down. Tried getting a refund. After months and many ignored emails and broken promises they still have my £89. Use this company at your own risk

I paid for a snuggle blanket despite emailing several times and them accepting there was a problem one month later I have no refund or decent answer from GoGroopie. I gave my phone number and they haven't called. What a rip off.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole! Bought 2 separate items - 2 separate nightmares! They do not respond, am still waiting 2 months on for p&p refund and for goods 2 months on. Dodgy,inefficient,borderline illegal! Am contracting Trading standards to protect future users. Disgusting and appalling!!!

I ordered a IPone 5 Protective case in January 2013. It arrived smashed in the Post. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I have written so many EMails to Customer service; Its incredible. They are useless! Its seems they are being deliberately obstructive. They give the impression when they do respond they have no intention of giving a refund. This must be the worst Company I have ever had dealings with. My Personal opinion; "Do not have any dealings with this Company at all".

,WARNING...still trying to get refund from a faulty tablet bundle bought back in october 2012...they take 3 days at least to reply to email,despite being labeled as urgent, there contact numbers are not functioning. My refund for item has taken weeks to sort,as conversation is via email, so you reply stating these are my account details,they reply 3 days later! there merchants are dodgy,they appear to use backstreet traders most of the time.they need a hard lesson in consumer laws!!

I have bought 2 different items off gogroupie back in feb 13 it is now march 8th and still have not yet received my goods, will not buy from them again, they dont even answer there calls or emails, be aware do not buy.

For others. Go Groopie Tel Number: 0203 4740107. Good Luck!!! I have never come across such a shambles of a company. How bad is there response rate & customer service. I will NEVER deal with them again. Thankfully my table bundle was purchased on a card & after many failed attempts of trying to resolve my many issues, (delivery, faulty goods, wrong description of item, return goods, returned delivery costs, refund requests to just be lied to over & over again )I contacted my bank and used there protection to get a charge back. If purchased via card even if Paypal and over the 45 days, get your money back, it's the only resolution from 5 months of experience!!!. I had to put 1 star.........................BAD COMPANY.

I recently made a purchase with go groupie for £49 they have taken the payment 6 times . I am a pensioner and that is a lot of money taken from my account . I have e mailed them 3 times and up till now no response.. I tried a number some one had posted 0203474017 but not even a ring tone sooo guess this number does not exist . does any one have a contact number. I thought this company were part of groupon . ...Groupon have always been reliable and honest .. my big mistake thinking these two companies were linked

I am absolutely appauled at the service I have received (or not received) from this company and advise anybody considering making a purchase from them to walk, no run, away, fast ! I stupidly bought an android tablet bundle as a gift for Christmas, it arrived just in the nick of time but unfortunately - there was no bundle - just the tablet which wouldn't even switch on ! The second I asked for a refund I have heard nothing from them - what a surprise ! Watchdog here we come !! Oh and yeah, I'm not the only person I know that had the same issue and they too are still awaiting a refund.

PLEASE DONT BE A MUG LIKE I WAS. I ordered and paid for a Tablet bundle on the 14th November 2012,paid for it on Paypal. As you can guess i am still waiting like many others who have been conned by this company. I also emailed and tried phoning Bluebud but didn't even get an email back.I have emailed GoGroopie many times and phoned with their answer being "trouble with the mercant,it has been posted,it will be sent out this week,we will chase merchant up etc etc. My last call to them i asked for a full refund and i was told it would be back in my Paypal account within 10 days.Yes the 10 days are up and no refund. I am now sending all my contacts an email to tell them my experience and to suggest they have nothing to do with this site.I would like anyone reading this to inform all their contacts and tell them to read up on the GoGroopie reviews. I am also informing Trading Standards and Watchdog. Paypal couldn't help me because it was over the 45 days to start a dispute.

I am in the same position as the many other disgruntled customer. I ordered my Tablet on the 26th November and after being promised it would be delivered a number of times I still haven't received my Tablet, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please refund my money within the next 5 working day ( it can be done that quick I have working in banking so don't tell me differently) other wise I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Exactly the same as the review below. GO GROOPIE I WANT MY MONEY BACK as i have not recieved the tablet and now i do not want it. Complete joke! Astronauts can make it to the moon and back within 7 days... Whats your excuse considering it was ordered on the 5th Dec 2012? I dont want to hear how it will arrive by the end of the week because you seem to fail exactly by not stating WHAT WEEK AND WHAT YEAR! SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK.i WILL BE REPORTING THIS MATTER TO TRADING STANDARDS. This is not acceptable.

Total scam!! Purchased my tablet on 27/12/12 - they were fast enough to take the money out of the bank - aswell as the £14.99 delivery.. I have never heard from them since! I have emailed them and had no reply whatsoever!! No telephone number to contact, absolutely disgraceful, i cannot cancel my order as it is well past the 7 day period!! I dont want the tablet any more - just my money back asap!! Complete fraud as far as I am aware!

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I paid for my tablet 12th November 2012 and have had various emails with excuses. Basically saying the company is busy with Christmas orders and are trying to get orders out before Christmas, guess what I still haven't received my Tablet!!! I will like everyone else, never use Go Groopie and have told all my friends the same. Both companies are doomed to failure I'm afraid. I am now in the process of contacting The Office of Fair Trade to report both compaines, which is what I have informed Go Groopie, but have had no response

mimi2k6 Ballyclare 1 review Review of Bluebud from 4 January 2013 I did receive my tablet after waiting for a long time, but when it arrived it was faulty (xmas eve.) I returned my tablet on 28.12.12. I think I should be sent out a brand new one asap and not repaired as I've had to wait such a long time for this in the first place! I have called bluebud and gogroopie numerous times and also emailed over 20 times and keep being told the same thing. All I want to know is when am I going to receive my tablet for the second time. So much bother!!!!!!!!! Never buying of Gogroopie or Bluebud ever again!!!!!!!!!!!! Received tablet after 3 weeks when arrive it wasnt as advertised with bundle. Phoned just before xmas but was put on answering machine which was full and wouldnt take my message tried again after xmas and same thing. I have emailed them and had no reply to my message. I have lost confident in this company and will never order from them again especially after reading the dreadful reveiws.
